No stars if I had my way. Worst drive thru experience ever. I ordered my meal on 09/17/2014 @ about 8:30PM. Was told the price. I pulled out a $20 bill (Meal cost about $10) and handed it over to the lady at window. She returns my meal and some change. I ask her the price of the meal because she gave me the wrong change.I was short by almost $4.00 dollars. She goes away. Another AA lady ("assistant manager") comes over and says to me rudely "what is the problem" . At first I was taken aback by her behavior and attitude and the tone with which she spoke. I asked her the price of the meal. At first she acted like she couldnt understand my question mind you I spoke clearly in English. I asked again the price of the meal before taxes. She quoted a number . I then asked her why the receipt that I was given did not have the price of the meal like most fast food restaurant receipts. She told me they were out of ink and then said that I could return the next day for the receipt since it was that important again to my surprise. She starts screaming at me . Another black male shows up who is the manager" and advises me that I need to hurry up that I am holding up the line and asked if I wanted the food or not. He then says if I dont leave he would call security. At this point I couldnt believe the action of these ghetto acting employees. I returned the meal and asked for a refund. I left and told them they will be getting a review from me at the very least. I will never set foot in any checkers establishment again and I will be sure to tell everyone my experience. The staff and employees need to understand what customer service is all about and learn proper etiquette.

Food is usually ok .... but i have fallen out of love with their fries... they taste like oil and salt .... and i peeped why went there one night did my order quickly pulled around.. and discovered my fries was getting freshly refried instead of freshly fried when she smirks after getting caught... when you refry the grease sits on top of the fried smh so its like eating grease n potato... but i asked her can she make me some new ones she said pull up 8 min... and im like ok ... and i suppose they were new .. I guess ..

I will never visit this this site again. I was greeted by a disrespectful cashier after handing her change that she drop. She continued to tell he to get it for her and I it was in a rude way I , told her you understand Im a customer and not to speak to me rudely I asked for the manager and the shift leader can and emoted the situation. But I feel someone with that attitude should not work At a customer service place. Hopefully done about this.

They are so rude here!! Just come to the window and take my money dont even confirm with you what you ordered. And while Im trying to tell them what I ordered they didnt even listen just kept going back with each other about what I ordered. Talking about I know what she said when I clearly ordered one thing. They are so unprofessional here. Really need to go back over customer service with the crew thats working there today.

I just love Checkers and especially the news steak Burgers theyre fantastic. Checkers has always been my favorite and I mean favorite burger place take out. They always have coupons that match my taste choice at the time. They will always have something that Im looking for.

Quick service with 2 drive-thru windows and walk-up. A few seats outside. I like their good ol chili dog which you cant find in most fast-food places. They now have ice cream or you can go to the nearby Baskin-Robbins if you like.

I showed up at 2:10AM and they closed at 2:30 on Friday. They black guy with locks sweeping told me they close at 1p. Who takes a hour and 10 min to close a fast food restaurant. Worst experience never again. Sad but true

Horrible. The cashier was rude and when i advised her that my order was wrong, she began to question me. When she realized she gave me the wrong sandwich thats when she wanted to be kind.

After a long trip i didnt want to cook and I wanted a good fish sandwich so I stopped here at Checkers. The cashier was very patient and kind. The food was delicious and hot.
