Atendimento primoroso e rapidez no preparo. Recomendo sem pensar duas vezes.

the manduguk or dumpling soup dinner will cost $15 and you get 5small pan chons or plates of apps like veggies and kim chi. I feel the food was abit bland maybe to cater to the demographic that cannot handle the true spiciness of kimchi or korean food. the soup needed alot of salt and pepper. but it was had mase dumplings so those were good. I had high hopes bc it was like a small mom and pop ran by two waiter boys much like many family ran korean places but it was alittle on the slow side in terms of service. sp know what you want by the time they come back with water. its clean and small. mochi ice cream comes ungarnished.

This place is great. I got a hot stone bowl and was not disappointed. I even decided to get some take out for significant other and she is still raving about the spicy tofu and kimchi. The service was fast, and the prices are reasonable, particularly for Bethesda. Their staff was friendly and attentive. They have a few Korean beers to chose from, but the hunt for Max Beer in the states continues. As noted in some other reviews they do not have a ton on the menu, but what they do have they do well, and quickly. This is a great spot to grab lunch in Bethesda.

I think the food is quite good. However, for 15$ I think the amount of beef we get isnt quite enough. I ordered a bibimbap and a bulgogi pancake. There wasnt much bulgogi in the pancake or in the bibambap. Also the lettuce they put in wasnt very fresh. Kinda disappointing but tasted good enough. Was a very cozy place to go to. (Basically the price at bonchon chicken without the quality or quantity. The food is certainly not bad tho)

My two favorite types of Korean food are Korean BBQ and jjigae. Jjigae is a type of stew that is generally made with veggies, meat, or seafood. My favorite is the kimchi jjigae with pork. It comes out in a hot bowl that retains the heat and keeps the stew boiling so you can crack an egg (ask for one) into it. House of MILAE serves delicious jjigae. They also have typical dishes like bibimbap.

Bim Bim Bop was ok. They give you your choice of meet and i asked for galbi (korean short rib) meat. They wont do it! I said i would pay extra then they said it takes a long time to cook. I then said i would wait. Their response was an unequivocal NO. I just wonder where their business sense is at. I will dine with their competitor down the street next time im craving bim bim bop.

The food is superb, the waiter went above and beyond! The meal starts with hot tea and cold bites (kimchi and other delights). For two people: kimchi pancake, mandu, bulgogi, and japchae were enough for dinner and lunch the next day. After we left the restaurant, we were a block away and the waiter ran to catch us to return my ear warming headband. Thank you!

I ordered BiBimBap as a take out order. It was ready the minute I walked through the door, packaged extremely neatly, came with a bunch of sides that I wasnt anticipating. As someone who is Korean, Im normally hesitant about going to a Korean restaurant but it was actually really good. I would definitely recommend and would order again.

wow. Just wow. Food was good. I loved the bibimbap, my only "complaint" is that my spicy squid wasnt spicy enough. But besides that everything was fantastic. More importantly I had the best service in my life there. Awesome people serving there. This dude totally helped me out on my date.

Its been about a year since I visited, so this review should be pre-dated a bit. Anyway, I was quite pleased with the food. The service was a little slow, but I wasnt in a hurry, either. They gave us Korean lollipops because it was a friends birthday.

This place is pretty good. Im not sure why it took me so long to try it. I came in for lunch with my cousin and had the pork bowl, it was a good lunch at a good price. We both enjoyed the food and will probably meet up there again.

Had lots of disappointment here when I was expecting a decent Korean restaurant. very little menu options. Its ok if you are expecting common korean menus such as bulgogi or bibimbab, but this place has no special menu of its own.

BE CAREFUL! The kitchen closes 40 MINUTES before the restaurant closes, as I was told and turned away by the host when I arrived. It would be nice if this information was posted online so people dont have to waste a trip.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The dolsot bibimbap was super crispy on the bottom and so delicious and perfectly seasoned. House of MILAE is the place to go for some delicious korean food!

Service is good. And the food was delicious. The hot stone bi bim bap, the bulgogi, and the beef and scallion pancakes. They were all excellent. The only thing not so good was the spicy calamari.

All 5 dishes we ordered were excellent. Meat, seafood, and tofu all tasted great, and the spicy sauces were excellent. Big booths for 6 people. Cant wait to go back.

Good food but the amount of meat that you get with the Jap Chae and the Bibimbop is pitiful for the price paid.

I love the food, and their rice wine is delicious enough to make up for the lack of soju.
