I got seated and ordered my food. I waited patiently until I realized that all the other customers got their orders and have already left.So I asked the same girl who took my order for a follow up. I asked,"Its been thirty-five minutes, can you check on my order?" The girl slumped her shoulders and headed to the kitchen and never came back. Finally, I couldnt wait anymore and decided to leave and told the same girl I have to leave.Thats when the girl started apologizing that she forgot to put in my order.My time was wasted.

I absolutely love Bon Chon and had both of my sisters loving it too, but I had an unfortunate experience today at The location in Hyattsville. I placed an order to take out and while I was waiting, I went to the bathroom and saw mouse dropping and a mouse trap in the bathroom. I was shocked. I had not experienced anything like that before. Needless to say I requested a refund and left. This was my second time ordering from this location and am very sadden by this experience. I will stick with the location in Southeast DC.

Had a "Very Bad" experience first time at this place got my order "All wrong. Gave me wrong order. Do not go to this location. Food was very sticky and greasy, to top it all off I found a smashed fly in my food as I was eating, I literally threw my food on the ground. And Barrrrphed, Never ever Again And Enfinity! If I could give a thousand zeros I would. They dont even deserve one star. Will be cooking at home alot more. Be very careful when eating out at these places.

Great food and wonderful staff! My partner and I came in for lunch and we were immediately seated. Shortly after being seated our server came and took our order. It was not very long before the food came out and it was very good. The only con was that there was a fly flying around the dining room, but after a few seconds of shooing away it left us alone. Overall I enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the service and will most likely return again.

This is my new favorite Bonchon in the DMV. The chicken is so delicious , I heart Bonchon. Love this location, Best Bonchon in the DMV by far! The Chicken is so so Good!The Lychee-Tini is just so yummy! The staffs are all very polite and courteous. Its located right by the Movie theater and the closest Bonchon to University of Maryland, Am I addicted to Bonchon Chicken? Yes, guilty as charged! Will I be back for more. Yes, yes, yess!!

If I lived closer to Bonchon, I would probably come to this restaurant way more often. Their fried chicken is so delicious. I love the flavoring and the sweetness of it. If youre ever in the area, I definitely recommend trying Bonchon. I usually order their regular crispy fried chicken with a side of rice or french fries. If youre into Asian Fusion/Korean fried chicken, youll really like it!

Service sucks. Went to place take out order. Person at counter seems not to have any manners. Didnt greet me and didnt seem to understand english very well. Just not curteous. I had to just reach and get a menu. Once the order came she just called it out and left it on the counter for me to pick up. Didnt say a word to me so I didnt say anything either. Took my food and left

The service was spectacular even as the place was crowded. Their takoyaki was just right while the bibimbap was good, but not great as the rice was a bit dry. It may be due to the rush they had in the kitchen. Nice Happy hour specials, but limited selections of drinks in each category especially in beer. Im looking forward to going back.

So Im here eating now and my chicken had a real nasty taste. It had an old taste to it, as if it been sitting my a wet rag. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me. "Its the same chef" so that was her answer to problem. I wouldnt advise anyone to eat here. They have no results to your problem!

Great wings here, definitely better than bww. Prices are super fair, you get a lot of food for your money. Just a warning, the hot is really hot lol. The restaurant is in a quiet area without a lot of foot traffic so it seems like there wouldnt be much of a wait anytime you go.

Bonchon has really good chicken. The flavor of there wings are amazing. I went with the soy garlic. I have tried the spicy wings but they are way too hot for me. The only thing i didnt like too much were there fries. The fries just seemed very greasy to me.

The serving sizes are huge, and there service is incredible! Some of the people there were a little finicky due to health issues, and they went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. I was very impressed with their customer service!

Not all bonchons are the same. This one has tablecloths, haha. But the chicken is just as good as the other franchises. Service was very soft spoken but polite and quick. Not very crowded & free parking across the street for the first 2 hours.

Never really thought their chicken is that mind-blowingly good, this one is probably their standard quality, other dishes are slightly overpriced. Good for groups to go, but their awkwardly loud music makes conversations difficult.

Love BonChon! They have a few happy hour specials. My boyfriend got the 5 wings, fries and a draft beer for $11. The mixed drink I got was 5 dollars during happy hour. Sat at the bar and was served immediately, food was delicious.

The fried chicken here is really good. They sometimes can be a little disorganized in the take-out department and the food is pretty expensive, but it is unlike other fried chicken out there.
