Food was good, but I dont drink soda and asked if they had sweet tea to drink and was told yes, however it was out and I told the guy at the register it was out I was told they were getting some more so I waited. I asked two more times for sweet tea and was told it was coming. Finally I asked once more and was told there were fountain drinks and that they wouldnt be making anymore tea because they would be closing soon. How is 6:30 p.m. closing soon when you close at 10 p.m. sounds like to me someone is just lazy. This was my first time at way back burgers and I wont be back if that is the type of service you receive .

Everytime I go there the service is decent and the burgers amazing. Though one of the younger guys working there was a little snappy, but it was late and he looked tired as hell, so Ill let it pass, however he could learn how to keep his frustration at bay and not spread it to the customers because quite frankly I just go there after work, hungry and tired too, so I just want to enjoy that insane bacon double cheeseburger with fries and nothing else.

Cool small place Burgers are bland taste like what ever toppings you get and thats about it. We got 4 milkshakes and all of them tasted like burnt electrical. Seems the mixer is old and all the cups have been worn down past the inner coating which may be the taste. Fries are about the only good thing they have wont be back.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The cod sandwich and rodeo burger both came with hard cheese. My combo platter was missing its fries. The manager had a very negative attitude, when I asked about my order of missing fries she told me I needed to go sit down and eat my food. I will not be returning here!

FIVE GUYS FEEL The burger I got was decent, but not amazing. Fresh (unfrozen) tasting burgers, toppinngs quantities leave something to be desired. Fries seemed to be fresh cut, but were unseasoned. Five Guys prices, but not quality or quantity (especially concerning the fry portions).

Wayback Burgers, come here for a decent burger! Burgers are the main attraction and they are good. Kids menu, turkey burger, cod sandwich, and salads add to the selections available. Then there are milkshakes. Nice. They offer beer on tap.

Burgers and fries are good. I was very disappointed with the milkshakes. It tasted like powder and artificial. I was surprised since wayback takes pride in their shakes.

Hot and fresh! Its not a calorie conscience meal but thats what makes it so good. ..great burgers and excellent onion rings make this a treat!

Lunch special is a steal. Five guys needs to learn a lesson or two from this place and offer specials during lunch hours.
