I have never had such a horrible expieriance in my life!Ive been going to sonic for as long as I remember. Today though was different. I first went in the early day cant remember the time .I ordered a large onion ring. I was just coming from another store and was trying to beat the rain.I waited for 30,.min .then .so I told one of the workers friend that had two kids to cancel my order. Be a cause I had to go home. So I went back and realized that I didnt have a reicept for the other place that I went shopping at .and then I went got some food for my husband and then went back to the sonic .First I ordered onion rings a large one.several people came and went with their food .I kept asking about,mine.they kept,making escuses and said itll be out in a while.so kept waiting and then I order a small milkshake and onion rings when the lady came to get the money I was giving her the money .and she gave me change .I asked her why .and she says indirectly that I will take care of it .so I thought that I was gettingca free meal. a daywhether ipay with change or paper money. at least i paying a free meal .but guess was wrong.the lady came with only the milkshake and not my onion rings. So I I ask that I thought I was getting onion rings .then she said well you only gave money for the milkshake. Then I told her that I was tring to give the money and asked about the onion rings and was told they hired new people and it would take awhile.then because I had said and u quote ."let me see if I have enough money and then Ill get the food".then I called her back and ordered the food .that never got .then I went back to the store and got a copy of the receipt from the other store.and as I was going back I thought Id order again .they did the same thing .it was all the waiting staffs fault .not only when I was getting some money out to pay for the onion rings as I was getting it out .the manager here was saying .of you take too long then thats the problem .then I was furious and I said .you cant talk to me this way Im a customer and I just canceled my order and said you know what Im OK I have never in my life had worse service .and it wasnt the time where they would be busy. I then before I left said and I quote."that if I was in your position I would give the entire meal for free because it was my fault. and the server even admitted to her fault .whats worse is that they say one thing they do another.I had said before I sat down that this had happened earlier and the server said I didnt have to pay for the onion rings .but when the manager came and told me the total I was appauled by the amount.I addresed her about the situation and told her whart the server did and said.but she said that its hers to make .so I agreed and said its not I asked for a free meal the server volentered .so what Im saying is when a person orders some tying you give them what they order and keep your promises .and be polite and not rude !I felt I was a victim of discrimination. she even said why I didnt call for the manager ? Well I said I thought I didnt have to .I never got the indication. It seemed that I was played .but Im no fool said before I left .that was not what Christ would want us to do .it was wrong I even said she should own up to what she said .obviusly she declined.its OK though .this is the era of the internet AnD now may be this wont happen again. Have a great day whether I pay with paper money or change its still money..and its not like I had too Much change.her name is Everest .I thought was rude and racist.

I gave Sonic yet another chance, and once again not pleased. I visited the location with the intentions of trying out their new Milkshake and the ice cream/ whipped cream was literally dripping from the cup and visobly very poorly made when the car hop brought it out to me, when then only gave me like two napkins. But it didnt stop there. So I pay for my stuff (cash) and the car hop tells me that she will go in and bring my change back. I was there over 30 minutes....finished my ice cream and still never seen the car hop and never got back my change. Although it was a few cents the fact is she basically stole it without allowing me to either offer it to her or if it was that serious over like 30 cents she could have just asked for it. The only reason I stress this is because I have noticed on more than one occasison that most of the car hops struggle with the math when it comes to administering change back, or either its just an act to keep your change I really dont know. They will either take a really long time and still not give you back the right amount (too much or not enough) or they will say "Do you want your change?" So that they dont have to count the coins or their famous move .....they try to give you back only the dollar amount of the change and not the cents. I know this review is a little lengthy and thanks for reading but i say all of that to say this..... yall gotta do better sonic.

I have never had a good experience at this sonic no matter what time I visit. The one star I rated this location is quite generous. Most recently I stopped by for breakfast against my better judgement. I had to wait several minutes despite being the only car being serviced. I dont mind the wait for fresh food but The tots were cold and I asked for fresh ones. I could tell they were just dropped into the grease again. They were disgusting. Other times Ive been handed drinks that were sticky with soda and dirt on the sides or overflowing the top making a mess in my car. On top of that my order has always had issues. I have received sandwiches that should be viewed while listening to "in the arms of an angel" because the only thing sadder is an animal rescue commercial , drinks full of ice when requesting none, drinks (including shakes) that are only filled 3/4 to the top and food tasting like old grease. No amout of time has changed the quality of the food or the service. I am always spoken to as if I am an inconvience and can never understand the person on the speaker. And dont ask for them to read back an order to make sure you didnt forget anything! It will be so incoherent and rushed that it wont be any help. And for all that rushing at the speaker you will have a long wait.

S L O W!!!! Cant even begin to describe the wait time. I waited in line for drive thru for 15 minutes. Got out of line waited at pull station for 20mins and pressed the button 5 times before any answered the call. This is NOT the 1st time ive wasted over 45 mins here without getting my food either. This is pitiful wait time and service is CRAP! I dont complain too much with fast food. But if you have me wait over 30mins and then when i finally get to the window you have a NASTY attitude and are bothered because i ask for honey mustard. This may NOT be the job fieldyou should be working in. Then to make sure my order is correct i pull around and check my bag. My burger if flat like they purposly smushed it. The chicken strip box special they had had these tiny chicken strips, 5 tater tots, and what was supposed to be texas toast but instead was literally a slice of bread with butter on it. Not toast with butter. Just BREAD and butter. It didnt touch the toaster. But enough of the rant. Guys i enjoy sonic. Just do better! If youre short staffed hire people. Its people all around hampton looking for jobs. Hire them. All these high schoolers looking for a summer job now. Train and hire them! Do something. Because this is ridiculous.
