Only giving 1 star because I have to give at least one. The food is great and some of the people have good customer service. But I have come in here multiple times where there are only about 2 people actually working even when it gets busy. Someone else will come out front from the back to get a drink then walk right back into the back again without helping. Or it will be slower and still only about 2 people working while the rest sit out front in front of customers to gossip and talk crap on their coworkers when they have no right to. I love a few of the employees though. They work hard even when they are the only ones working and make sure that our food is done correctly and as quickly as possible. If more people had the customer service that these few have I would love this place but they dont.

PROS: Outstanding milkshakes CONS: Burgers arent bad, but they taste no better than something you could make at home. Chicken sandwiches are reminiscent of the ones you used to get for lunch in elementary school, assuming you went before Michele revamped school food. Fries are unimpressive and pricey. Finally, I routinely have to complain because some part of my order was wrong, forgotten, or just otherwise jacked up. This was a good place when they opened, but has since declined. If I ever go back, I will only get a milkshake.

If youre going to grab a quick burger, just go here if you are near it. This is way better then all the national chains and I believe even better than Five Guys. Ive ordered my burger a couple of different ways and its always delicious. Cooked just right, good flavor, good toppings. Also try the Wayback dog! Oh my goodness that Wayback Gold Sauce makes the dog! It is DELICIOUS! I dont know what it is but holy smokes its good.

Very unhappy . I purchased two certificates through Local flavors . Each one was $10.00 worth $20.00 and they refused to accept it as a 20.00 dollars.I contacted Local flavors and I hope they will resolve this problem , but for sure I will never get any deal for this Wayback in Millersville or to go there so I dont have to deal with it again .
