First, let me start by saying I am a burger snob as I spent the last 5 years in Oklahoma where the burger you eat for dinner was mooing that morning. First off, the atmosphere is great and stylish, the staff and service was friendly with smiles. Refills were offered on a regular basis. The restaurant was clean, and it was obvious the owner and management take pride in its appearance. My kids were promptly given color pages and crayons as we sat down. Good kids menu. Bathrooms were also clean. Now to the burger... Hands down the best burger I have eaten in the state of Virginia (I got the Smokey Joe). Patty was seasoned and juicy, the bbq sauce was awesome a great blend of sweet and heat without being overpowering...the onion rings on the burger were crisp without being burned. The bun is really what made it shine....no bag bun here, its buttered and grilled with a firm crust but soft inside. Cheese was melted with great flavor. Everything was cooked to order. I would have put this burger up against any burger in Oklahoma with confidence! Overall this is a great lunch or dinner spot, I highly recommend it and will be back!

Hands Down The food is good But.. .Im sad to give them a three but Im not gone to lie because I really be reading reviews and I except peoples honest opinion so here goes....Me and bae was sitting at the bar didnt really like the ladys cleaning style..... (not paying any attention to what she was cleaning)she cleaned and cooked the food putting food on the grill and stuff with the same gloves smh the line workers work as a team and got all the none stop orders coming it was a little wait but it definitely was worth it. I had the Empire! That was good however I couldnt taste the Philly steak that was on it....The bun is omg melt in your mouth. Bae had The Ptowner which he said was good oh yeah and the fries is real good next time Im gone get a bigger order of fries bc they dont give you a lot......AND....NO YUM YUM JUICE. and they deliver so thats a plus

I really wanted to like this place and was really excited to try it given all the great reviews, but it wasnt a very good experience. We were seated promptly, but our table and chairs were dirty, they were "out of" Sprite, Fanta Orange, and pulled pork (yet none of these things were advised until we tried to order them), the menus are just pieces of paper and two of the three had condiments spilled on them, we werent offered a bag for our boxes by our waitress, and our fries were very dark and hard! Really disappointed and the only reason Im even giving 2 stars is because they were friendly.

I usually dont write negative post. I work to hard for my money not to say anything today. Let me start with the positive the girl working the counter was very pleasant. However last night was the worst dinner ever! It was like eating meatloaf on a bun. I had to spit grizzle into a napkin twice. Not to mention the bill was $56 and some change for three burgers, two beers each for the guys, and a side of fried pickles which was ten small dill chips for $4.00. You are also charge $0.98 for using a credit card which was not mentioned. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been planning to visit ever since my neighbors had the logo displayed on their vehicles. I really like supporting local establishments. Took my daughters here and we were nothing less than impressed. The hospitality everyone showed was phenomenal. Very professional. Food quality was great and the selection was great. Clean and inviting environment. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended toanyone looking for a quick bite or a nice sit down lunch.

I am so happy to see this place win. Good food. First time I got the famous sticky wings. This time I got a Smokie Jo burger. Both super delicious. Also love the new lounge ambience. Customer service is great. Makes you feel like part of the family. Love how you dont have a specific waiter. Anybody can take your order, food comes out when its ready and quick. Love the emphasis on VA and 757 (check the prices) and Ptown!

Soooo good! This was my second time coming here and I decided to dine in. The staff was so nice, everyone was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I had the P-Towner and got a to-go order of lemon pepper wings, both were great. Clean establishment, cozy atmosphere, and fresh, hot food. I will definitively be back soon to try something different, and suggest that everyone checks them out!

Dont let the location and outside appearance fool you! Its small and located in a strip mall but the flavors are huge and so good! We ordered the smoky Joe which was a burger with onion rings and BBQ sauce and da Mac had bacon, thousand island and I added a fried egg. Fresh, cooked to order, and the service was probably the best weve ever had. Will definitely be coming back!

The food is outstanding. However the owner, or manager attitude is real nasty. One of the employees took our order and mistakenly placed fries on our order. The cimplementation disatification of the owner/manager was apparent. And thus forth the manager attitude continued on to be unpleasant. I will eat food from this Xbox establishment again however I will just do takeout.

Everything about this place is FANTASTIC! I called in my order for pick up at the restaurant. I ordered "DA Mack burger". It tastes so friggin good! The burger was fresh, juicy and hand pressed. The fries were great too. I recommend that everyone go here, by pass all those fast food chains and treat yourself to the best burger, fries and customer service!

By far one of the nicest experiences I had. The customer service blew me away. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted and welcomed. They took my order and worked very diligently to get it done fast. The environment was very welcoming people happy and smiling I would recommend this place to everyone. Amazing food and great prices.

I shouldve taken a picture, but it looked so good that the minute he dropped it off I started digging in. Absolutely one of the best turkey burgers Ive ever eaten. Most places use those pre pattied meats...not this place. I will be returning. A++++++ Update, Im back and this place is the bomb. This is my new spot.

Easily one of the best burgers Ive had! Could taste every ingredient and nothing overpowered the others. Pictured is an empire burger with added Jalapeno peppers and regular fries. The only concern I would say that its relatively warm inside with an outside temp of 90. Will come back multiple times in the next week.

If you are looking for fresh burger check this place out. Even the French fries were awesome. Great taste and the staff were always readily available to see if you needed anything. They even have fresh baked cookies and cupcakes. Get there early to insure that you get some! Highly recommend!

Last night had a late dinner with daughter and son-in-law. We were served by the owner, Major, and received another top drawer meal. The food was cooked to perfection and the fries were wonderful. If you have not been here, make it a point to do it soon. You wont be disappointed!
