Food ordered was barely accurate at best, fries and onion rings were less than room temperature and Im not really sure how that is possible. One sandwich was made improperly, while the other reassembled a wadded up piece of paper. Once again Im not really sure how that was possible because it was a chicken breast. A wadded up chicken breast. Ive gone here multiple times, and each time I feel like I can give them another shot. Usually the decision is made on an empty stomach. This time was the last time. They always mess up the order and the food is subpar. At least theyre consistent.

I really cant get this place anymore, today had to be the worst when I went and got my burritos and got to work and noticed it was wrapped like miniature square hot pocket, I really dont know who the owners are but they really need to come look at the poor quality of this establishment. For instance every now and then you pull up to the drive-in window and they make you back your car up and pull back up to the window to rest their timer because of their slow pace. They really need an overhaul and proper training, this had to be the worst Burger King in Hampton Roads.

as a willoughby native, i love this burger king.along with the exceptional menu comes outstanding service and a quality product every time. including, but not limited to, the nicest manager of any fast food chain ive ever visited. with the option to change anything on the extensive menu and the coke freestyle machine, i would say burger king is a top of the line fast food chain, but this one is exceedingly good. i suggest anyone who gave a bad review or had "bad" service give it another try because this burger king is phenomenal.

Ive lived in OV for 6 years. And I love BK from time to time. But this place has been one fat disappointment after the next. Drive Thru- NEVER gives you your food there- Youre asked to pull around and wait in the parking lot. And then youre there for 10-15 + minutes while they do whatever they do. Its always a disappointment. Go next door to KFC/TACO BELL or McDonalds for something hot and without an insane wait with no customer service. Orders also always messed up- double fried French fries. Just sad....

They are very rude and cheat the system by making the reviews themselves to make the restaurant look good and earn bonuses. Hint: every review that says google user is them using their phones and doin online to put in a review. I know because I used to work there n wondered what they were doing til they told me. I was then fired for finding out and some other bs. They are very unclean.

worst customer service, we got 2 ice coffee here and asked for no ice. you would expect they top off the cup, but no they want to be stingy, and fill 4/5 of the cup. Could have been just the guy. but its Thursday 9/15, 9 AM whoever is on shift. Would not recommend this burger king. and I personally would not come here again.

Food prepared as ordered after identified as a return customer. I thought some of the workers were friendly, like all fast food restaurant they can display some professionalism concerns (like a manager talking on the phone while taking your order). But, my food was hot and delish after playing ball

Horrible service, its 1130pm, Im pulling into the driveway when two employees are signaling that the store is closed. MIND U this location closed at 2am. Why would you intentionally steer business away from the store? No thanks. Never again. Theyre rude as hell.

Ordered two ice coffees with no ice. The the guy working there did not fill the cups. We dont pay almost 3 dollars for these iced coffees to not have the cups filled all the way. Terrible customer service. Will not go to this location again

Absolutely the worst service, I was told to be quiet when I was ordering and then at the window the lady acted like it was a struggle to put ketchup and mayo in the bag. Which didnt have my complete order in it and they forgot my drink.
