First impression and last time- First, the staff was improperly train, unprofessional, which begins with the leadership/owner, who was rude and didnt want hear criticism about his staffs unprofessionalism, which is a reflect poorly on him. He then displayed passive aggressive behavior by circling the register and mumbling comments about me, which I ignored. Logical and rational do not need yell or make a scene. I do understand that majority franchises, what is know as a franchise number. So, I asked for his franchises number. He stated, "He owns this Mooyah independently and did not want to provide that information. No worries, its called Google. Secondly, I understand that businesses want a customer for life, known as customer life cycle. Business 101. Then I stated, I will write a review on customer service and will notify Mooyah Burgers, LLC. He replied, "Go ahead, I dont care." "I have a 5 stars." Actually, you have 3.9, which is pretty good. However, an unprofessional staff and rudeness will be any business downfall. He was loud with me making a scene. I said this is all misunderstanding lets talk off to the side. His loudly reply, "No." When he could not provoke me up. I received the trifecta of customer service. He then cancelled my order, refund and banned me, thats a first ever in 40+ years on this planet. I commend him on his confidence to ban customers, as his business sit in Lions den of Hamburgers joints (Mickey Ds, Wendys, Hooters, Bar Louie and Five Guys...etc.) I applaud his audacity as he charged between $8-10 per burger, which could be partial explanation limited to no traffic volume. I learned 3 things this day. 1. Professionalism and courteous are essential for a business to thrive. (Chick fila motto) 2. In this struggling economy, I do not empathize with any businessman/entrepreneur who will not take criticism about his staff professionalism or its operations. 3. Mooyah (store #182) -“When the customer comes first, the customer will last”~ quote Robert Half Business 101 Thank you (for testing my patience) All the best to Mooyah

Probably the best burger in Hampton, but be prepared to pay a premium price. If you order online, they may wait until you actually show up to make your food, like they did with me. I had to wait about 4 minutes or so in the restaurant to get my order. Not really a big deal, but its different from, say, Chipotle, where they usually have your order ready to go as soon as you walk in. I guess the upside to this is that your food is always fresh. Another thing, the large fries is a LOT of fries. They do the Five Guys thing where they leave a lot of extra in the bag. Youre probably just as well off to order the medium or even small to save some money. The fries are pretty good, too, by the way. Overall, its really good, greasy food, but expensive.

The best burgers and fries ever! The potatoes taste more potatoey! The juicy meat was more like steak off a t bone! The fries were crispy! The onions on the burger were more oniony ! The service was great! The muzak was the eagles! The bathrooms r spotless! Its more expensive rhan any fast food burgers, and rightfully so! Once youve eaten a mooyah burger, no other burger will do! R these people magicians? Some of them look like gypsies.maybe they cast a spell on me! I bet these mooyah franchises do quite well in colorado, for obvious reasons! Keep up the great work, mooyah! what a great american success story! They carved out their own unique spot in a field that was already way overcrowded! Amazing! Just like their burgers!

This restaurant reminds me of Smashburger, not in the way they make the burgers or in their selection of ingredients, but in pricing. If you get a burger, plus a side, plus a drink, its easily over $10. Nevertheless, the food is a cut above fast food. The ingredients arent bad either, although I felt they didnt add enough of those. Service was quite good and fast, although Im not sure why they needed to announce the burger before they brought it to the table. Other observations: Every booth has power outlets, although those are of limited utility. Although the restaurant has two WiFi access points, none of the employees know what the WiFi password is.

First time coming to Mooyah was a little busy which is Always Good for business. Their menu is very easy to use; pick burger, pick bread, pick your extra then pick your condiments. Finish it with choice of drink. Kind of expected it to be similar to McDonalds, boy was I wrong. The manager personally interacts with us, the cashier and cooks greeted with smiles. My son had the chicken strip, it would immediately break apart with no effort After getting past the crispy fried skin. The burger alone tastes a little bit gritty texture wise, but not had at all. I highly recommend this place for good burger, chicken and shakes

I want to especially acknowledge an employee named Jean. She greeted us with a smile when we walked in and was exceptionally friendly. After we received our food, she checked on us many times and even cleared our trays from the table. Upon realizing that one of the gentleman in my party was hearing impaired, she began signing to him. As we were leaving, I heard her greet another customer and even remembered her previous order. Exceptional customer service. The food was delicious- We watched the buns being made and the French fries being cut. The food was fresh to order. We will definitely go back.

As someone who has worked in the food industry for the last 8 years, I have the tendency of being highly critical of any food I consume. This establishment proves to be the exception. I was greeted warmly by a knowledgeable hostess whom suggested the "double bacon cheddar burger". While most restaurants use sub-par ingredients to mask a bland and flavorless patty; instead I received a burger that sparred no expense to each ingredient. I would highly recommend anyone to travel out of their way to visit this restaurant.

Dont let the 4 starts fool you, this place i do recommend. The food is delicious and the staff demostraste good costumer skills. I enjoyed a black bean burger without the guilt which by far the wheat bun made it taste so good. The fresh cut fries i couldnt resist, to include a shake that actually had flavor and not just milk like other places. I will say, it is worth the price for the quality. If you are going for quantity then please do yourself a favor and go to a buffet to stuff yourself with cardboard food

The owner here is fantastic! He is a prime example of how managers/owners should be. They greeted us as soon as we walked in with a smile. The food was delicious as usual. They brought my son some icecream and played interacted with the kids when they were starting to get antsy. They told us about the app and all the exciting new stuff they will be getting the end of the month. Its great to find a family friendly place where the service is great.
