If I could give this place negative stars, I would. White male cashier with glasses and facial hair-dummy care what his name is because he was incredibly rude and nasty. At first I thought maybe he was mentally disabled but it turns out hes just a horrible person with no etiquette whatsoever. He alone makes the establishment seem terrible. I will never ever place foot in here again. I will share my horrible experience here as much as possible because I hope no one ever had to endure this, ever again.

I love their food, but not worth the aggravation trying to order by phone. dont bother trying to place an order over the phone at the Belair Mall Five Guys. They NEVER answer the phone...especially during busy hours. Ive passed up their food at least 6 times in the past because of it. Dont have the patience to let it ring, ring, ring. Do they want my business or not?!

Burger and fries are awesome!! If you have never been to a Five Guys and like burgers you need to go. I get the regular cheeseburger (double patty) with grilled onions and mushrooms, jalapeño peppers, hot sauce and mayo. One of the best things I have ever eaten. Get one about once a month.

I like Five Guys but this restaurant in Harford Mall is horrible. The cashier was falling asleep or zoning out from heavy medication or drugs while taking our order. Order was wrong. One burger had to bottom buns. Tables and floors were filthy.

Horribly greasy food. Your cardiologist will support you going here. Go get a salad instead and live another 3 months!!! Would you rather eat this crap or actually be here on Earth longer with your loved ones!!!

Great food and quick too, some of the other "reviews" complain about the service but they are not there to make you feel like a king or queen get over yourself if you think so.

Awesome burgers, great fries, my kids love this place. I have to try hard not to eat here at least once a week (its not the healthiest meal in the world).
