I have been going there since we moved to the area in April. My last 2 experiences have been horrible. My soft tacos were stuck to the paper so when you peeled the paper off, some of it stuck to the taco. Not just 1, all 4. Second time, a couple weeks later, I get home to find my taco was not in the bag AND the cheese for the nachos werent in the bag either. My husbands tacos were wrapped, if you want to call it that, so that his tomatoes and cheese were laying in the bottom of the bag. Come on people, SERIOUSLY!?! My order was simple and they still messed it up. I had to drive 15 minutes back to get the items missed. Needless to say I wasnt happy. I dont know if they changed management or hired some people who arent paying attention to detail and are just there to collect a paycheck. Either way, they need to get people in there who take their job seriously. Im done with this location. I hope they get their act together!

Completely messed up my order. Gave us something completely different then what was ordered, the drinks were terribly gross as it look the soda machine was probably never cleaned , my GF order food with *NO* tomato as for she is allergic to them, gave us our food, mine was OK but hers was not even what she ordered annnnddd they added tomato onto it. She could of gotten really sick cos of stupid careless employees. Shame on this business for even being allowed to serve food

930 on a Saturday morning. I was the only one at the drive-through. Sat at the menu waiting 10 minutes to place my order and never got waited on so I drove up to the window and for another 5 minutes and they looked at me and kept walking away. Never open the window. The whole time I was researching breakfast items at the Burger King next door which is where I ultimately went to for my breakfast because I never got waited on! Horrible service!

Its no longer fast food - the last 3 times weve gotten food from this location the wait has been 15 to 20 mins until they call your name to collect your order. This is after you wait 10 minutes in the drive through to place the order or, fed up with burning fuel, go inside to be told "the current wait time for food is approximately 22 minutes! Well choose other options from here forward unless we hear that something has DRASTICALLY CHANGED!

the first time going, the drive thru took us 15 to place our order and then another 30 minutes to get our food and leave. second time going, my taco was soggy, the woman serving us was careless, there was a hair in my dads burrito, barely anyone working there, didnt take my order properly and gave us two cups when we needed three for the three people. the only good thing was the service.

Sure, the food is inexpensive but even a dollar isnt worth it. The workers stand around and talk while they are supposed to be making food. Getting your food can take an hour or two. When you do get your food, double check it. The workers frequently forget an item or three. Some of the food you order might be made incorrectly. This is one of the worst Taco Bell stores ever!

Awful. They mess up the orders constantly, have employees screwing around in the back and hooting and hollering. Ive been there before where the lights outside were all turned off so they look closed. Ive waited in the line at drivethru for 15 minutes before. Wish someone else would take it over and do a better job. This last time they had no battery to work drive-thru?!

The taco bell in lebanon pa is by far the worst "fast" food drive thru I have ever visited. Everytime I go there you sit in drive thru for at least a half an hour or until you reach your breaking point and just drive off. The employees are beyond rude and if you actually make it to the window and get your food its the wrong order or it looks like a 2 year old made it.

Sat in Drive thru for 15 min got to window Paid for my Food and Sat there for another 45 min waiting on my Food . Girl walked away from window so couldnt ask for my money back. When I received my food all items were cold & part of my order was missing. Really Poor Customer Service. This was on May 19 2017. They have phone off the hook so you cant call & complain

Supposed to be open until 2 but it was closed at 10. The drive thru not even open. And whenever it is open, they still dont care about the place. Service is incredibly slow and mediocre and they probably wouldnt be so understaffed if there werent several employees standing outside smoking while there is a backed up drive thru in the middle of the evening.

My husband and I visit frequently and I cant remember the last time they got our order completely right. They always forget at least 2 items, and have even given us entirely wrong meals (giving us a number 2 when we order a number 6). Ive worked in fast food, and you really have to try to mess up orders this badly and frequently.

Employees are always very nice..BUT they never get an order right, never not in the 20 times Ive ate here have they ever got my order correct! There are always items missing. I dont mind eating here but it is a pain that you must check your food everytime and then ask for what you didnt receive.

I got here at approx 9:30pm, its 5/28/17. Its not a holiday last time I checked. It seems as if al the employees clocked out and left. Im in a line of 3 cars..we waited for at least 30min. Which is unreal, no car was at the window. There couldnt have been a hold up.

I waited on the drive through for 20 minutes, I still couldnt make my order. When I decide to leave, the car in front of me took for ever to straight up his/her order, so I stood there for another 20 minutes. I decide not to order anything.

Everytime i order therd something seems to be missing. I recently ordered the $5 box which only comes with 4 items. A soft taco a Doritos locos taco a quesarito and a drink. You think they would at least get all the food in the box.

Always a great place to go if you need some good food for cheap late at night since they are open so late. Of course the food isnt as high quality as a Mexican restaurant, but for the price it has equal if not better value.

ive never seen a drive threw so slow waited 45 min last 5 times i was here, real great custoner service here maybe hire employees who care just an idea or close your restaurant cause it sucks

Never get order right and always short food or putting the wrong order in your bag. Though it may look right its usually short and always a suprise when you unwrap your food.
