My wife and I received a gift card for $50.00 for your restaurant however we intended on spending more. We seated shortly and the hostess Delante H was very nice and professional. Once we were seated we waited for about ten minutes. Finally, the server (Coleen) showed up and introduced herself with arrogance and immaturity. She asked us if we wanted anything to drink and my wife and I responded water. She did not offer any bread. She returned with the water and took our appetizer order. She mentioned bringing us the bread at that time. Brought back the appetizer with no bread and no refills of water I take Medication so I emphasized the importance of refilling the water. Then she took our order for our entre and still failing to refill our water. Now the surrounding tables were waited on hand and foot. We waited for the waitress and had to shout to get her attention. She then got us water. I saw a Manager (Tom) who walked passed us a twice not checking on our service or meals. I then shouted to him and made him aware of the poor service. He listened and stated that he would talk to the server but took no accountability nor did seem like cared. I feel disgusted with the service and the quality of employees you hire. You should be ashamed of the family atmosphere you advertise. This is not the first time this occurred every time we have been invited to go to cheesecake factory or im given these gift cards from my work I cringe. I have eaten at the Cheesecake Factory in many other states and they are pretty good. Unfortunately I live in Maryland and its clear that you don’t regulate your chains. You also might want train your managers on treating all customers with dignity and respect and not just catering to Caucasian customers. He did not even return to check or apologize.

I have eaten at this location at least 50 times or so since its opening, and yesterday, I was thoroughly disgusted with my meal, my daughter sent her 1st meal back, and then received the most watery Chicken Alfredo serving ever. Our waiter stated that they were very business and attempted to apologize for the meals and the extended time for service, however, he took two cigarette breaks during his service of us. I don;t wont to mention his name, as I do not want him to get fired, however, if I or any member of my family have another encounter like this - I will take more strenuous action. The Annapolis location is probably one of the busiest locations in MD, hence I find it hard to believe that they are not prepared to handle their service loads at or near capacity. In fact, I have been there at least 3x this past summer when the wait was at least 40 mins for a table, and I did not experience what occurred to my daughter and I yesterday. I should have spoken to the manager yesterday, but again, I did not want to get my waiter in trouble or worse fired especially in todays economy. However, the level of service and the meals that we received yesterday was not only sub-standard, but a pure and complete waste of $76. I called the restaurant tonight and spoke with the on-duty manager. I informed him of the experience, and he thanked me and ensured me that he would inform the other managers and talk to the staff to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Well see...

My latest experience at Cheesecake Factory was less than pleasant. This past Sunday we were celebrating family birthdays and picked the Annapolis Cheesecake Factory. We all drove over an hour to see each other. We expected a wait and we were correct about an hour. Once we were seated it took 20 to even get a server to our table of 7 to get our drink order, it was then another 20 mins we waited for them to reach our table, we still had not received any water at this point and had asked for water when we sat down, that was delivered after our drinks. Our waiter then disappeared for another 20-25 minutes before he took our food order. Once we order it was at least 25-30 minutes before our food came and during that time we were only checked on once. It was extremely loud in the restaurant and hard to each other from the other end of the table. Over all the food was good, however our overall experience was not. I, like the rest of my party was extremely discourage and do not plan to return to the restaurant anytime soon. Your staff was not very professional nor pleasant. Having a family with servers and bartenders I/we understand how things can happen in the kitchen and the bar area, however it was just not acceptable the way were treated. Very disappointed!

They have a roach infestation, and a Serious RAT problem! Never worked for a restaurant with roaches that bad let alone rats! They pay off the health dept though and keep the RAT problem under the radar. I have pictures, FROM under the soda machine with sticky traps and dead mice on them. It happens daily. This establishment lies and commits unbelievable fraud. THE GM, is a phony cheat, who rips off the staff, especially, servers by deleting hours from your time card, and not paying 8$ an hour for O.T.They DO NOT pay their share of taxes so they take it from us, the ones whom, make 3.63$an hour. I was FIRED for allegations of theft, however I was able to get unemployment bc they had NO PROOF. I WAS FIRED FOR ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS. As well as refusing to claim tips for which I did not even earn, and they couldnt explain why I did. The day is coming, that will no longer allow these Corporate restaurants, to get away with this unfair illegal practices. By that I also mean hiring illegal immigrants who knowingly have false SS numbers and False Identities. Yet also get to work under the table when management needs them to keep labor hours and costs DOWN...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ALLOWING THEM TO POCKET MONEY FROM YOU AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES FROM THE STAFF

I went to breakfast here with my family and ordered an egg white omelette. The waiter brought the omelette out but explained the kitchen made it with eggs by mistake and asked if that "was really that big of a deal?"... It took a long time for the food to arrive already but I dont eat eggs to I said that Id be willing to wait for a new omelette to arrive. The waiter then says, "are you sure you want to do that, its going be at least 30 minutes".. I probably should havent waited but I did and the new omelette came out well after my entire family ate their meal but this time it came out with egg whites but entirely different then i had ordered it initially. I had a cup of tea when I sat down but it was impossible to ever locate the server to ask for it to be refilled for myself. It just wasnt a great experience. The server came out and finally gave us the check after all of this and just handed me the check and told me to have a nice day, knowing I had my order wrong and never corrected twice so I never ate and yet did pay for meal. It was not possible to locate a manager although I did look for a good bit, I was unable to find anyone so I paid my check and am left with a bad experience where I will not return for dine in; Carry out probably so...
