Usually we have a good experience at this Pizza Hut but tonight was not a good experience at all. It was a little more busy than usually but it was also a Friday night. My husband my son and I walked in a waited a few minutes to be seated but no one came or even noticed us so we seated ourselves and my husband grabbed a high chair. It was just after seven when we arrived at the restaurant. We waited for about 20 minutes before I went up to the counter to ask for a sever. They apologized and all was fine. She came and got our drink order 7:30 rolls around and we still havent gotten our drinks. Just a water a Mountain Dew was all we ordered. A different lady had already taken our order. 8:55 comes around and we get our pizza and wings we were still waiting on our breadsticks. We completely understood that they were busy and we knew that food would take longer than usual which was fine. So we are ready to dig in to find that after waiting at the restaurant for almost an hour our pizza wasnt even cooked all the way. So at this point I am completely livid because my one year old son hasnt even eaten anything for dinner yet and it is almost 8 oclock. Needless to say we left. So many balls were dropped by the whole staff tonight. After all that had happened our food should have been at least cooked completely. We would have been happy.

Yuck! Worst Pizza Hut buffet Ive ever had!!! First of all, I called to see if they even offered buffet because we were out already. When the guy answered he told me they only have delivery or carry out. Since we were close I figured we would just go in and order carry out. When we got there I saw they do, in fact, have a buffet. So...we sit down and head to the buffet. They only had a supreme, some sort of BBQ pineapple pizza, a few slices of pepperoni and a sausage. My kids got the pepperoni since there was no cheese so I had to get the pineapple thing. Both were hard and gross like theyd been sitting there for over an hour. Really bad. Then we asked for a cheese and shortly after more tables were coming in. So within about 15 minutes they had restocked the buffet, but even the fresh pizza wasnt very good. It reminded me of CiCis pizza. The dessert pizza (like a cinnamon icing thing) was really hard on the outside and super doughy on the inside. If there was a zero star option, Id go with that. Then I ordered something to-go for my daughter at home. Roughly 20-25 minutes later we got that. Ugh....never. Again.

By far the worst experience I have ever had a Pizza Hut before! Went in for the Buffett they have one serve working she brings our drinks over and says enjoy. Took over 20 mins to get a refill. Other people are taking drinks up to the counter the whole time because she is busy trying to run everything else. Manager is in the back yelling at her saying do you see drive threw. Mean while we are trying to figure out when the freak pizza is coming out as the pizza has been sitting and really cold. Nothing is stoked!! Tables and floor is really gross and the manager just hides in the back the entire time. I should have known when I called to find out if they even had a buffet when they didnt pick up the phone after 10 mins that I shouldnt have gone. Needless to say Ill save my money for take out!!! I work in this industry and my managers would be appalled to see me run a shift the way they do!!!

My family and I just left this location and will not return. The service REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! I was a pizza hut kid and was about done but, decided to give pizza hut one more try. SAD TO SAY I AM COMPLETELY DONE. Would love to talk to some one because this experience was THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN....... The CEO or someone needs to know about this establishment. The waitress brought out cold bread sticks, brought out our pizza and we never saw her again. We werent asked was everything okay did we need any refills or ANYTHING BEFORE SHE LEFT. If this is the kind of service you hire and allow to keep a job then this particular establishment NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN....... Very Upsetting.

Went last Friday had a horrible experience under staffed it was like pulling teeth to get any service we thought we would try again for the pizza buffet again this Friday it was worse!!! Waited 10 minutes to get seated with tables full of plates not been cleaned then had to hunt down server for our first drink. Buffet was not stocked at all then finally had to take our empty cups to counter for refills which we just got to go cups at that point. Did not leave a tip and will NOT go back!!!! Do NOT waste your time with this place!!!

After 45 minutes and still no pizza i checked the tracker and nothing had been updated. I called them and they said that one of their drivers did not show up and that there was 6 orders ahead of mine and it would take another 90 minutes. I get that... no biggie. I asked if i could drive up there and pick up the pizza. They said yes. Awesome. As soon as i showed up (less than 7 minutes after getting off the phone) i get a notification that my pizza was on the way. They said sorry which is cool but come on man. Its not that hard.

BEWARE! Driver added a 1 to my tip and charged me an extra $10. I called to have the charge reversed, was given the run around about the manager not being there, left a message, no return call from manager, called back, they said the manager was going to refund my money, week later, NO REFUND. A $24 pizza charge cost me $64.00. I am reporting them to the BBB and for bank fraud.

As I was waiting for my take out order (which took nearly 30 MINUTES TO MAKE) we witnessed someones kid barf ALL OVER the floor where the customers walk in. A team member came out and mopped it up, and then people walking in the door were slipping and sliding in it! This is the last time I will be patronizing this pizza hut. Ghetto.

I called to place a take out order and the person who answered the phone was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor to take my simple order. This person should quit or be fired. But I would like to thank this person for making my decision to support dominos instead very easy.

This is like the only place that makes your pizza look like a pizza. I love it. Some are willing to compromise with guests under certain situations and its just nice to know that theyd try to help you instead of throwing the book at you and let you get upset.

Never come here they deliver me cold pizza and Im only 5 minutes away how does that happen then Ill call them and they have an attitude with me for nothing its just such a long story for what a pizza just forget it Ill avoid this pizza hut
