My co-workers and I have given this location a LOT of chances hoping eventually it will get better. The dining in experience isnt bad, but the carry out experience is a different story. We use the fax form to place our orders and it is (no exaggeration) ALWAYS wrong even when we only have 2-3 orders on the ticket. We are detailed and make sure we fill everything out the correct way, but something is always missed. Im writing this review in hopes that someone at chipotle will ready this and work to correct the issue. The food is great, but it sucks getting a chicken bowl with no chicken, or a salad with no lettuce, or a steak burrito with no steak!

Used this Chipotle for catering a dinner with about 25 people. I ordered the 2 meat spread and it included everything! It even includes the warming trays, fuel cans, and matches. I only had to provide cups and drinks. There was plenty of food and it was easy to set up and clean up. When I eat at this location, it is usually clean and the people are friendly. The only problem I have had is that they give smaller portions than other Chipotle locations and the chicken seems to be burnt more often than not.

As a chain restaurant, you more or less know what to expect from the food. Still, its made to order and usually pretty good if you know what you like. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The interior is a more comfortable that many Chipotles I have been to, especially those in/near the malls up in Annapolis and Tysons Corner. It does get very busy around noon and 6:00; you may want to pre-order online or be ready to wait in line if you want to order around these times.

This is the second time Ive been to this Chipotle and it will be the last. The people working the counter are totally rude. They rushed us through even though nobody was behind us. They were stone-faced and very unwelcoming. I asked for assistance and the worker just gave me a look-no help whatsoever. Very similar to last time. The food was ok but certainly not enough to bring me back. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. It seems they need to change some of the staff.

Been to multiple Chipotles across multiple states. Never felt the need to write a review til I started going to this one. By far the slowest, stingiest (in terms of how much food they give you), and did I mention slowest? The only thing they dont mess up is the cost of my order... wont get lucky here and have someone forget you got guacamole. I would go to Chipotle 2 times a week back when I was further north, but with this Chipotle, once a month is unusual

Food is tasty, and prepared quickly, but on a few occasions the ingredients have problems like: the corn or salsa being almost frozen, steak being mostly chunks of fat, and getting a scoop of mostly bean juice and not beans. Most of the time the food is good. The fountain machine always seems to have an issue, wouldnt recommend getting a soda unless you like soda water with a little bit of Coke flavoring.

Ordered through the app and said it would be ready by noon. It wasnt. It was at least 10 mins later before it was ready. That may not seem like a lot of time, but waiting there while the line moved faster aggravated me. It really would have been faster to just get in line when I got there. 3 stars because the food was good.

Loved it!!!! They owner came out our first time there and shook our hands welcomed us to his restaurant . The food was an explosion of flavour he treated us like he had known us forever. The burrito bowl was what we has and all the ingredients were fresh so good and plenty. I will definitely eat there again.

I work all over Maryland and Virginia. We eat chipotles about three times a week, and love them. I live right down the street from this one, and this one is a big disappointment. Smallest portions of any that we go to, and usually out of at least one ingredient for my bowl. Not impressed at all

Food was as better this time than last time I went. The guacamole was a bit too brown and it grosses me out but other than that it was good. I guess depends on the cook but over all it was clean and seating was pretty much available. Not crowded at that time so it was nice and quiet.

This place is legitimately one of my favorite places to eat. The food is simple and delicious, the staff is professional and on point, and anytime they are out of an item, they are quick to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend the Chipotle experience here.

Wanted to use my Samsung Pay but couldnt as the cashier didnt know how to process the order. I used my credit card instead. I would hope Chipotle would have their corporate training team incorporate electronic payment options within their training curriculum.

There is a serious problem with acoustics in this place. Customers cannot hear what the cashiers are saying, and cashiers clearly cannot hear the customers. The louder you speak, the more garbled it gets. This is made even worse by a confusing menu.

This chipotle has had our orders wrong every time we eat there, they seem flustered and the food has been below average and not up to chipotle standards. this used to be a weekly stop for us but staff is rude and food quality is lacking.

I hate going to this location. The customer service used to great. Depending on what time of day you go in there you may only get a half of spoonful of meat and half to pay for the extra. Somedays are definitely better than others.

To start with, I had not visited a Chipotle since their recent health issues. Went twice in 3 days. I like the new menu options, food was delicious. It always has been, but it tasted like the first time after such a long wait.

Chipotle is a great restaurant, however this one consistently underperforms in terms of flavor and quality compared to other Chipotles Ive been to. Tables are also always dirty, and forks and straws are often out of stock.
