I ordered a chicken Bella which was WAY over Cooked. The bottom of the chicken was as hard as a rock and so tough, I could hardly cut it. I thought if I took it home and let it sit overnight, it might soften up enough to eat. That didnt happen. I didnt want to send it back for two reasons, one being that I lose my appetite quickly once I stop eating and two being that I am paranoid of possible sabatoge to my replacement entree. The breast itself was also over cooked and very dry and crumbly in texture. It never softened up the next day.I also ordered capillini on the side (I asked the waitress ahead of time if it was available and she said that it was),I got Angel hair instead. When I tried calling it to her attention, I was given an argument. My husband s meal had fries in the order and they were SO over cooked you could use them as gold clubs. DRY AND TASTELESS I called the manager to complain and all I got was an argument. I asked when the owner would be in and all he said was, "he pops in and out. " This place has gone down hill BIG TIME!!! I guess thats how it goes when you think your a giant. We wont be back.

Good food but GREEDY. I pay visit to the Olive Tree in Aberdeen on a weekly basis with family and friends, that is up until last night. After being seated we ordered our drinks which included top shelf drinks from the bar, a $23.99 entree, a $20.99 entree, and one of my family members ordered an appitizer as her meal since she didnt want a huge meal that cost $11.99. The waitress then informed us that she would have to add an extra $4.95 for the endless salad and breadsticks since all three of us werent ordering "entrees", this is after we have already ordered over $65.00 in food and drinks. So my wife then changed her order to an "entree" that was $12.99 (ONE WHOLE DOLLAR MORE than what she really wanted) so that the $4.95 wouldnt be added to our bill. Way to do business Aberdeen Olive Tree Restaurant, not that what money we gave you every week for years will make or break you, but you wont get our money any more.

Get the crab cakes. I just finished a double crab cake entree (should have gotten the single, theyre huge). It was a lot of lump crab with a golden fried exterior. Very little filler. Had I known they would use so much crab meat I would have gotten them broiled. It was $30 for the entree which isnt bad at all for what they serve. It was very good. My wife got Seafood Alfredo that was very good but nothing life-changing and my daughter got the kids stuffed shells which came with a pretty generous portion for a kids meal (2 shells). The shells were the same story, good food but nothing extraordinary. We got take-out so I cant comment on the wait staff or service, but the pickup was ready quickly and the staff at the counter seemed friendly enough.

Never eating there again... The food was the worst part: barnyard quality and undercooked, as well as not warm enough. It was ridiculous how they spent way too much time on this food. I couldnt even eat the rest of it and I nearly lost my appetite for chicken. The people were nice, but the service was pathetic, and they dont listen. I clearly told them no mushroom gravy, and they blatantly failed to do what I asked. There was nothing good about this place, and it was hands down one of the worst places Ive ever eaten. Im from Pennsylvania, and to be honest, I feel doubtful about local restaurants in Maryland now because of the torturous experience at The Olive Tree. My rating is 0 even though google wont let me do that.

Not very happy that they have a late nite happy hour menu on the website but do NOT honor the prices. Some coworkers and I went to the Aberdeen Olive Tree just because of the late nite happy hour menu. Just to find out that "it hasnt started yet" Its been advertised for well over a month and there is nothing that says coming soon, effective as of... Even after showing the advertisement to the manager the prices still were NOT honored. How can you advertise something and then not give the prices. The Olive Tree in Aberdeen, just lost a lot of business. I even emailed the company to find out more information and still havent heard a response. Pretty crappy in my opinion!!!

This place used to be one of my childhood favorite places to eat. Since returning to this area, each and every time Ive visited this restaurant Ive encountered bad service, viewed non-cleaned bathrooms, the busboys plung the toilets, then without washing their hands, they continue on to touch the table tops with the same contaminated hands. Ive had raw seafood (shrimp) served, raw veal prepared and recieved glasses and silverware with food still stuck to the surfaces. They do not clean the booths, chairs, or floor between shifts, or guests. Ive also encountered people that work there that will specifically tell me not to eat at this restaurant-PERIOD

Service took a while, table was greasy even after asking for it to be wiped down. Husband ordered a steak which tasted like charcoal, it was cooked properly but the flavor wasnt good, he also ordered a smoothie that he could not drink because it was more ice than anything. The crab cake was good. My plate was pasta with chicken (chicken Mediterranean?) and it was very, very oily. I thought it would be a light dish but when it came out it was very oily. Too heavy. To top it off, the price was way too much for what we got. Will not be returning (which is sad because we read good reviews but by no means did it match our experience)

My husband and I were there in May...I hadnt been there in 2-3 yrs and remembered it being pretty good....Oh my how they have went down hill. My husband who is not picky at all was discusted. The waiter was polite, however didnt listen to anything I said?? I couldnt understand why....I gave up after several attempts to explain myself. The marinara sauce tasted like plain tomato sauce out of a can...horrible. The salad was the best part...as the bread sticks sucked also. Sorry Olive Tree, but we will not be back...Enotria is so much better...

What can I say. Very inviting interior. We didnt have to wait for table. Sever came immediately and was very attentive. The food is absolutely the best Ive had in awhile. This is definitely a restaurant I will go to again. I had eggplant parmesan, which was cooked to perfection. The red sauce on the eggplant was absolutely delicious. Very generous servings and it came with spaghetti on the side. My friend had blacked chicken and pork chop. He said it was the best hes had in awhile. Needless to say we had to get to go containers.

Had the Greek salad with chicken. The presentation was great. Everything was fresh and plentiful. I wasnt sure if it should have had dressing or not, it was totally fine without any. It was a struggle to eat it all. Would have given 5 stars if our server was more attentive. Once she brought our food, we didnt see her again for well over 15 minutes, but only because I asked another server for more water and our server showed up with a pitcher. In spite of that, Id return to try other items on the menu.
