Weve eatin at Little Italy 3 times in probably the last 4 weeks. All 3 times the food has been very good. But all 3 times the service has been very subpar. The last time it took 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and my childs dinner didnt even show up with everyone elses. When it did show up it was wrong. But because we didnt want to stay the night for them to make it right she just ate it. Luckily for us there are plenty of other Italian food joints in Gloucester to eat at so my family will be going to other places for now on.

Not good, got tortellini with sandwich meat ham and straight butter. Rolls were crap had no flavor just soaked in butter, 5 dollars for a Greek salad with horrible balsamic dressing. To top it off had to pay quick because I wasnt sure what end it was going to blow out of, thank God I made it home. Too bad never trying that restaurant again. Franzia box wine is always a plus as well, restaurant atmosphere remind me of a cafeteria or prison.....

Dinner meals are good and tasty. However, their pizza is dry and the crust is like card board. Service on a Friday evening is extremely slow. The meal took nearly 1/2 hour to come out and it seemed like they were understaffed. But, they sure got the check delivered to you fast.

Great food, but very awful service. The waitress completely forgot to put my order in and we waited an hour for nothing. This has happened multiple times. Im not going there again unless Im getting take out. I hope everyone elses service isnt this bad.

Great place for pizza and some Italian delicacies. Pizza is very good, not greasy, similar taste to the real pizza by the slice in Italy. The eggplant manicotti are a godsend. Clean and friendly place.

If I could give zero stars and still comment I would. Absolutely horrible food, service ok. I will never come back to eat here. I have ordered pizza to carry out and its good.

chicken philly had good taste but low quantity. more bread than meat or veggies. Fries were seasoned well, worth another try, but a different dish

Our pizza was good but not outstanding. Large toppings need to be cooked longer, the peppers where to big and almost raw.

Not great pizza was cardboard calzone wasnt cooked all the way through and hubbys wings were drowning in BBQ sauce
