The food is okay and the prices are pretty good.....just disappointed in the service....she wasnt happy and something was going on in her life, or she had a previous bad experience with another table....but she took it out on our table....we just ate and left....so this being my first time there wasnt great....I just hope her day just went better. That being said, I will ho back and try again....I understand when bad days happen!

The Freeport Cafe is our go to cafe. Its reasonably priced, good, cafe style food, and friendly service. Its grown in popularity over the past few years and can be quite busy. Breakfast is served all day which sometimes is just what I want. In addition to the standard cafe fare they have terrific clam chowder and a grilled haddock sandwich thats a nice change from a burger from time to time.

Nothing special. My eggs were cooked correctly (medium) however they were cooked at too high of a heat or something because they had a tough skin covering the eggs. I wasnt a fan of the home fries either, not much flavor in the seasoning. It wasnt that busy but it was only time here so Ill have to give it another go to be fair.

The restaurant was not overly busy, but the hostess was rude when seating us and asking for our drink orders, and failed to offer us menus, a fact that surprised our waitress when she arrived to take our orders ten minutes later. At least having a polite waitress salvaged an otherwise unpleasant breakfast experience.

Friendly faces ! Great coffee -- refilled while you werent looking! The muffins were killer! And a wonderful local trivia-newspaper the "coffee news," was fun to flip through! Did you know one third of the earths surface is desert ? Or that in diner lingo , a cowboy with spurs is a western with fries!

If you want breakfast, this will surely satisfy. If you want a fancy setting keep driving. It aint pretty on the outside or the inside so dont think you are at the wrong place when you are driving up to it. Friendly service. Good food.

Ive always gotten good food there. Prices are pretty reasonable. Sometimes I get a really great waitress there, but sometimes not. Mostly, Ive been very satisfied when going to this restaurant.

Great food and service is good. They used to have the best chocolate cream pie with this awesome whipped cream that Ive never found elsewhere. Definitely worth a stop on your way to Beans.

Very busy, but considering, pretty quality meal. We got the eggs Benedict & blueberry pancakes. You must ask & pay extra for the real maple syrup if you want it. Pancakes were very large.

Very chaotic. Long lines. Order take out for room. Got blueberry pancakes BUT ordered plain pancakes. Coffee like dishwater. Over easy eggs overcooked

We didnt order their breakfast...That was a mistake. However, the clam chowder was a hit for our party.
