Friendly family owned and operated business in Knightville neighborhood of South Portland. Friendly staff with a sense of humor. Great Cappuccino, tea and local ice cream for a hot summer day. A light and cheerful location on the corner for studying, meeting friends and a little time off. Parking in front is normally available. They also have pastries and light sandwiches.

The best coffee shop in your neighborhood. I like the coffee, breakfast sandwich and BROWNIES. I really love their brownie. I think they always make it fresh because the sold out before the end of the day. The shop decorated with the picture and there sell some local product which is nice and handmade.

A good, run of the mill cup of drip coffee. The bagel and cream cheese were good too, but Id probably opt for a breakfast sandwich the next time I stop by and maybe try a single origin coffee instead of the blend I had today. All served up on roller skates and a smile. That last part makes a big difference

On one random Saturday morning, this place was packed. A variety of activities were being engaged in, socializing one on one or in groups, some solo surfing on their laptops and others just popping in to grab a coffee & go. Clean restroom.

Cold day and we were up in Maine for a short stay. Sandwiches were hot, greens were fresh and no complaints to be heard. Ice cream was a hit with with the kids. Highly recommend CIA as a stop in South Portland.

Good coffee drinks for really reasonable prices. Parking out front is always easy. Too much stuff makes the place seem cluttered and the layout is awkward when its busy. Good to have in the neighborhood.

"Do you prefer edges or middle"? Seems like a casual question but when it comes to brownies its absolutely vital. The brownie was excellent and the iced coffee was great.
