I walked to the door and an older gentleman locked that door on me saying they were closed and only doing drive through. I checked the signs that were posted all around the building saying that the dine in closed at 10 but the time on my watch & phone were 9:06/9:08 at the two times i checked the time. I didnt know that employees make their own time schedules as far as how late to keep their business open. Never have been pleased with this one particular location. As the location in baton rouge on airline a few miles down is better. Please address this issue with the staff. I enjoy taco bell on my occasions and would like to return but especially not with this rude gentleman whom closes when he pleases! Thanks

Absolutely horrible customer service! I will not be back to this location. Tried being friendly with the cashier and she just had an attitude like she didnt want to be there (if you dont,get another job its not our fault if you hate your job that much) Her name is Treshawn R. Not only did they get our order wrong twice on top of this. We waited about 25min to even get our food. The Cherry on top is the fact she was bad mouthing customers LOUD enough for us to hear. By far some of the worst service I have ever received. I advise others to goto a different location if you would like to eat at Taco Bell.

This location is terrible. i called 4 hours in advanced to order 25 of the 12 pack tacos for my band and this location hung up in my face. Then the manager Derinisha M. hung up in my face twice and the third time they told me that they was not going to make it. the manager should be fired because she does not know how to do her job

I ordered the dubble chalupa box the chalupa was half filled Doritos taco was all broken up and Soggy on bottom as if it was setting for a while the regular taco was mainly lettuce and cheese bad experience if you can go to different Taco Bell GO

Waited 30 min in drive thru for food. Went to Highland and airline first and was told drive thru computers were down. Drive down airline to this location and wait 30 min for food. Terrible service. Food was fine thats why you got 1 star.

We ate inside. Looks like it was a new staff. They were so polite. The Cook came out to se exactly how I wanted my nachos. The food was amazing! Yes...amazing. We will be back for sure. The atmosphere was also quite and relaxing.

Dont waste your time going here. The service is slow & they never get your order right. Between 8-9 pm all the lights are turned off & nobody is at the drive thru. Occasionally they will hit you with the system is down excuse.

Dont bother going here after 8:30. If the computer isnt updating, the system is down, no food can be cooked due to broken equipment, they simply wont come to the window nor answer the drive thru. Good luck its a crap shoot.

I ordered 4 Chicken Quesorittos and I got 4 tortillas with some cheese. No chicken and no rice. Just cheese. Just disappointing. Any other location can make them just fine but this one is awful.
