Staff is always friendly, but orders are regularly messed up. For some reason, their fries are always ridiculously over-salted, but the tots & rings are not. Dont order mayo unless you like swimming in it. I swear they spread it on with a shovel theres so much. We usually drive to the Sonic on Highland. Its farther, but they have never messed up an order and their food is cooked fresher and with less salt. That explains why this Prairieville location is almost always empty while the Highland one is often packed. This is probably the last time well go to this location since weve given them dozens of tries, but they fail miserably every time. They have the nicest people, but the management is nonexistent.

We come to this location about twice a week. Staff is friendly. The food is prepared properly and fresh, but one thing that always seem to continually happen is.....they NEVER have onion rings. Its almost equivalent to McDonalds ice cream machine being down. They made it up once by giving us a coupon for a free onion ring, but we could never get it because they are ALWAYS out.

Sonic is sonic, unless you get horrible customer service. The girl who took my order was rude and she sounded as she hated her job. I would have preferred to go the one off of highway 42, but they were packed as usual. The main reason the stay packed is because they have excellent customer service. Wont come to airline sonic again.

Very horrible service. the car hops have attitudes the general manger is a dick and wont help you if you have a problem. ive witnessed one of the employees shooting up in the back parking lot. i had to take my kids somewhere more positive

The service sucks and the main employment staff is crack heads. We waited and hour watching them serve other people as we waited. And after all of that the order was messed up. Worst fast food place ever!

After repeating the order twice and having it repeated back to me the order still came out wrong. The food appeared to be crammed into the bag. Everyone was nice but quality was really low.
