This restaurant is truly despicable. I order lunch for my assistant and I from this location at least once a week. Ive been feeling ill, so today we decided to go in together since it was easier than ordering online. I wasnt dressed in my usual attire of business professional. We ordered our sandwiches; meal deal that includes chips and a drink. My assistant grabbed the chips she usually grabs for me, but I didnt like the selection so I put them back and grabbed a different bag of chips. We were just about to leave when the workers came out and loudly accused us of stealing an additional two bags of chips. I was taken aback and flabbergasted as well as embarrassed. My assistant tried to explain to the woman I own a reputable company and have never stolen anything in my life. The manager, her name is Jennifer, insisted on making my assistant wait for them to review the footage tapes. She then apologized by offering my assistant cookies. Really?! The workers in this establishment are quick to judge quick to accuse and willing to defame the character of any person who eats there. Racist, ignorant, and inhospitable.

Ha! I was getting a sandwich and there was a family of three there eating. The father walks up to the counter with the sons bag of chips and ask if he could swap them out? The child did not like them. One of the guys working ask if the child had opened them? The father said yes and the guys says " well we dont swap them out after theyve been opened". The family left. Ha ha!!! That small bag of chips Prob cost about 5 cents whole sale vs the 3 meals that family bought!!! Now they lost all three of those customers and me

4 out of 5 times Ive been to this subway in the past 2 months Ive made my entire sandwich and gone to pay and they say their card reader doesnt work. A smart business would tell customers before they make their food instead of asking the customer to leave their card information. Not impressed with how they run this subway, really disappointed because this location is the closest one to me.
