NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pray your order is correct as ordered, because if it is wrong there is no attempt to "make it right" with the customer to keep you as a customer. The fact that you have to order online to get the deals is appalling... not to mention the last time we did it took 2 1/2 hours and 2 phone calls to receive our order. Just a "sorry", no discount, future discount or free appetizer or anything. Then another time we ordered online, go to pick it up - they dont have it in their system. No offer to make it right or a discount or anything, just "sorry". Dont be, Im taking my business somewhere else. If I could offer NEGATIVE stars I would, simply due to the lack of customer "service".

Didnt open pizza for me. Gave me wrong pizza. Wouldnt give me a credit. Pickup was 6 and it said ready but wasnt ready until 6:20. Horrible customer service. Dont use and check pizza if you do. Dont mark ready if you messed up the first time and cant read an order. Ill use a different Pizza Hut from now on. Appallingly bad and no apology at all from the apparent manager. Said it was coming out but they really remade it and didnt offer me a credit. Im still standing here and am getting no explanation.

Amazed! Just picked up a pizza that was missing the pepperoni I ordered. Called and asked them to pick up the wrong pie and deliver the right order. They told me I had to drive back and pick up again. Never mind it was their screw up, I have to make a second trip. No worthwhile manager on duty and the person I spoked to could care less. Going back there to demand a refund and will NEVER go again!

Emoplye at the cash register. Did not work to work. Rolls eyes at cousmter very rude additude. Very disrespectful. Comes outside cussing cousmters out i. Have been a cousmter of pizza hut for 8 months now. And i will never be comming back to this one. Ever. Way not worth it

Waited over a hour for order called 6 times before finally got someone to answer then put on hold for 20 mins. the people i talked to was very rude will not order again..... then they keep transferring to a disconnected number So Pissed Unreal ...............

So there was a mix up with my order, and I had gotten mozzarella sticks instead of my wings and I had one wings where they had shorten me. I called and they were professional, and fixed the order right away!
