The customer service here is usually great and cheerful, but the food is often sloppy, as if the person who prepared it just threw it together quickly so that they could get back to doing their nails or something. I just ordered a Big King from here that takes the cake; it was like they had a Whopper Jr. on hand and just decided to throw an extra patty and a middle bun on it. They couldnt even be bothered to put the middle bun in the middle, instead putting it on the bottom where it quickly turned into a grease slick. On top of that the rest of the burger looked like it had been dropped on its side and then hastily put back together. I understand this is fast food, but come on.

Absolutely the worst possible experience i have ever had at any fast food place . if i could rate it with no stars i would do so . the staff was not working, i was told they couldnt make any burgers, and i decide to order other things on the menu and i was told they also dont have it, so i settle for something, then i was told they didnt have change for my money . the staff was in the back laughing and talking and not working . i will never visit this establishment ever again .

A fairly standard Burger King on the scale of BKs. The place is usually clean, they get my orders right, and the burgers are pretty good. The reason Im only giving 3 stars is because they suffer from Oversalted Fries Syndrome, a horrid condition thats become all-too-common at all fast-food burger joints. You cant taste the potato for all the crusty, crystalline salt clinging by a film of grease to every emaciated strip of spud.

After waiting 15 minutes, we received room temperature burgers and fries. We were the only customers inside waiting for food. Only 2 employees, one working front counter and one working drive thru. Drive thru employee fixing food. What a shame for Burger King to have gotten to.this poor of service and quality of food. We will NOT be visiting this location again.

This is without a doubt the WORST Burger King within a 100 mile radius. Almost every night for the past year around 9:30 or 10. The crew running that shift will tell you there systems is down. There is no way a system can be down almost everynight around the same time for 1 year straight. I think management needs to look into this.

Took my order at 12:21 and didnt get my food until 12:53. My chicken was overcooked and couldnt eat it. The drink machine was out of almost everything. They are very unorganized started making orders twice while many people didnt have their order yet. Very rude and service was horrible. And I love BK

Is there an option for no stars? By far the worse BK I have ever been to. Staff is absolutely rude all the time even when youre the only customer. It doesnt matter what time you come they are always out of whatever you order. Ive always preferred BK over McDs but this place has changed my mind.

I walked in the door at 1:00 pm; its now 1:28,and Im yet to get my food!!! What could be taking so god-aweful long to prep two Whoppers, and two orders of (looks like small) fries??? If I were starving, Id be dead and rigormortis would have set in by now!!! (Finished this review at 1:38 pm)

Best burger king around 30 mile radius. Usually, these franchises leave a lot to be desired but not this location. The staff is very professional and get treated with great speedy service. Food, speed and service on points. These guys are doing it right!!!

I sat in lune for over 10 minutes, got my food, drink was watered down, no straw, did not get a receipt nor did I get my change. She shoved the bag at me and slammed the window shut! No thank you, no nothing! Very rude!
