Went here on a weekday, slow, maybe us and 3 or 4 other tables plus a few people in the bar area in the restaurant. We were sat immediately, ordered our drinks, kids plates, and 2 appetizers. Drinks came out fast, followed by the kids plates, and 1 of the 2 appetizers. Waitress took our order and explained the other appetizer would be out shortly. All went downhill from there... Waitress disappeared for a good 15 minutes, 35 minutes later, no food, no appetizer, no refill on beers, etc... we requested our food to go, paid the bill, and went home. I have been to quite a few BWWs and this by far is the worst one. Will never go back...

The service was awful. The waitresses are not well trained. When she brought out the appetizer she did not bring any plates or paper containers that they use. When we ordered a large dessert we told her it was for 3. Again no plates or containers and only 2 spoons. Now to the food. One of my guest got the wrong thing. One of my guest made the mistake of ordering a hamburger which took so long we where half finished when it was brought to the table. I ordered The Bayou chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock to chew. I was embarressed because I was the one who pick the restaurant .

Im gong to several of these locations and Im still puzzled as what the appeal is to this place? Food is really average to below average. They have huge assortment of dipping sauces but they all basically seem to run together , over-salted horribly sweetened or all spice and no flavor everything tastes like it came out of a can Frozen bag from corporate. On the plus side they have managed to fry things without making them feel greasy but it appears their technique involves removing the flavor along with the oil.

First an foremost, service is terrible. They hardly keep your drinks full. The general manager is an ignorant prick that doesnt know gun laws(I carry). And tonight I tried going to give them another chance and i sat at a table for no joke 20 min. Not one waitress came and said anything. By the time one approached me, I tried ordering then shes trying to charge me extra to get a sauce with my wings. All in all dont go to BWW. Canes is three buildings down and has amazing service.

Bad service at both visits, and we wont be returning. This visit we ordered chili con queso. It was served with stale, cold chips. The manager told us they would bring out fresh ones and remove the almost 8 dollar appetizer from our bill. That was nice, except they did not follow through, and we didnt have the time to wait for them to re-do everything since we had already paid. Bad management at this location. Avoid it.

I love the chain but this particular location is just terrible. The service is just awful, almost every time I walk in the hostess is nowhere to be found so Im just standing there. Or if Ive made an order for pickup theres NEVER anyone standing in the pickup area and servers are just walking past you and nobody ever asks if you need help. Seriously the least they could do is acknowledge the presence of their customers.

This place has the worst service I have ever dealt with. Half of the time they dont even have our drinks. If they do have them, they take forever to get to the table. The waitresses/waiters are extremely rude because they take the check slip away from the table before youve even left and they constantly ask if youre done sitting at their table. Worst experience and Ill make sure to tell everyone.

Food is good as always, I prefer sauce on the side for the best taste with original wings. Services is okay, we usually go here everything Thursday. Only one time they played really good music, but 9/10 times are just crappy stuff going on the TV shows etc. I would prefer at least few days of musics for those peoples who dont like watching sports and TV. Must have a beer on tap every time.

You know what you are getting in to as its a chain. Last time I went they messed up my order and didnt care to make it right when I told them. Not going to hold it against entire place because 1 waiter refuses to write down the orders. Food is BWW food and the atmosphere is pretty good as I can watch sports and relax for a few.

Service is hit or miss. Greeted at the door and promptly seated. Our original server never made it to us. Eventually a server from another section noticed our situation and took good care of us the rest of the night. Wings are of a good size and the different flavors means theres something for everyone.

We were not greeted by a host, just a silent waiter who sat us down. We were seated and then abandoned for 15 minutes. A couple were seated after us and immediately had gotten service for their drink order. We called to speak to management and were put on hold then they hung up. Absolute shite service.

Our server was really good, kept the drinks full and our food came out fast. No wait to be seated either. The Caribbean Jerk sauce was a little weird. It was kinda floral and pretty spicy, not my favorite. Hot BBQ was much better. Prices were pretty fair for quality of food and service. Im satisfied.

Love the food, the atmosphere, the drinks however, they did have a child come in and go to tables and beg for money. Dont know if management knew this was happening or not, but I didnt like that while I was enjoying my meal. Been there several times and this is the first time that happened.

The food is good but usually the service is slow even on non peak hours of business. The last time I went my server blamed me for charging me for an extra item because I didnt tell them it didnt arrive when our order was delivered to our table initially.

Despite some minor hiccups, the food was good and the waiter was amazingly attentive and friendly. The manager also checked on us several times and corrected the minor errors made to our order promptly, even though the restaurant was very busy.

Absolutely the worst service. Never got the food. The server and manager questioned if we got the food and then claimed that we didnt. Asked them to check the video footage..... Walked out after an hour. Never again.

This location is much better then others... If you ask for crispy they actually are... This is my favorite wing place in New Orleans area.. The dry rubs are so tasty and the service is superior to the other BWW

Food was good. Service couldve been better. Waitress was slow on gettinh us the things we need and refills. Had to tell her more than once. Didnt get my change back when i paid my bill. Deducted it from her tip.

Worst service ever had. I thought they hired mute waittress because she was just pointing with no words coming out of her mouth. Avoid girl named Mariana. I saw customers leaving after sitting and no service.
