Well, what all was suppose to be a great surprise and great night for a birthday went all wrong. From the beginning we had a reservation at this location, when we got there the tables were not ready. So yes the manager decides to give us some appetizers on him which, was good. But when we arrive in our section to be seated, there was trash all over the ground from the previous party. Then, there is two different servers for our party which should take a weight off of being one server with a large group. One server took orders before the other and everything arrived 40 min before the other tables food arrive. One side was completely done there food while the other side never even got a single entree. Finally, there food arrives and one guest asks for a fork to eat his boneless wings. After waiting a few minute he never gets his fork and asks again. The server replies, "the forks are at the host stand". In my person experience I been serving for 2 years and I have never expected my guest to get up & get their own silverware from the host stand. We also brought a cake and had to eat the cake with our hands. The person involved with the fork situation never touched his food at all and did not want it. There was a situation with the billing that occurred and the manager would not take care of the bill only give a 50% discount & thats when an exchange of words occurred and everything escalated quickly. In conclusion, I believe if the silverware would have been set on the table upon being seated and the table was ready with the area clean looking this whole altercation that took place would have never even happened. Therefore, I believe there should be an evaluation of the servers and management because the service was very poor.

Horrible service and food. To start they put a bunch of round tables together in a line for our group instead of using square tables (place was mostly empty when we first arrived so there were plenty of appropriate tables they couldve utilized). Server (who took her name tag off so she couldnt be identified -it was a young thin black female with very short hair- name was Rajena which I had to get off the receipt) went out of her way to avoid our group and disappeared for almost 45 min at one point and when she did appear she was too busy watching the tvs to be bothered to check on her customers. Half the group waited over an hour for their food and their orders were wrong and/or cold when it finally came out. Food was mediocre at best. Ordered a dry rub and the wings might as well be plain. Was like pulling teeth to get utensils and napkins and never did receive our full order of items. Long island ice tea was missing ingredients and tasted like lemonade. If you MUST have BWW from here order to go and pick it up. FWIW the Elmwood/Clearview location is PHENOMENAL.

Wouldnt recommend this as a place to watch big games. I went to this location to watch the NBA finals game because there arent too many options for sports bars with good food and space for groups in the area. While the food was delicious, as usual, and our drink orders were taken right away, we waited about an hour between sitting down and getting to order food. And then the food took a very long time to come out. As a large sports bar they seemed very unprepared for a large crowd to come watch an important game. They appeared understaffed judging by how long it took food and drinks to come out, the long periods time without being able to find our server, and the fact that no one ever came to clear any empty glasses or garbage from our relatively small table. Ill probably come back on a regular night for food but if I can find another option, I wont come back for big games.

Our experience was not a good one. We had to wait over an hour for our food. Our waitress was inattentive and unconcerned with us. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills. There was no silverware on the table and no staff in the area to ask for any. The worst part of of the experience was the end of the meal. Upon going to the restroom, a waitress that had been in the stall left the bathroom without washing her hands. When telling management of the experience, he gave us a snarky attitude and he was not helpful, concerned or willing to do anything to make the situation right. We will not be returning to this location or perhaps any other Buffalo wild wings in the the future.

Went to this location tonight for wing night and the service was less than bad,first we ordered drinks and it took a half hour just to get them,then we ordered our wings and got half the order a good 45 mins. later and the rest about 15-20 mins. later. We ended up going to the bar to get our refills ourself,the manager came and mumbled something about being short staffed and left. We then payed our bills and I payed in cash the server came back I asked for my receipt and was told he closed out the ticket and could not get me one.Stay away form this slow cold food bad service chain should have a new manager and staff retrained.

My kids love going here but honestly the service makes it painful! Getting drinks refilled, getting your order correct or caring about customers is obviously something that is either not expected from the staff in training or is poorly managed by the stores management team. Everything takes forever! Hopefully my kids grow out of wanting to go there really soon because nothing about any of my previous experiences makes me want to come back. Really a bummer because the location is convenient, the sports stuff is neat but sad to say its just not worth it.

Never dine in here, order togo few times. Food was alright, this is the 4th times I order togo here. This first time I ordered togo at 11pm, said itll be ready by 15mins. I came in had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to finally come out to the takeout cashier to greet me. Usually I walk in order with sauce on the side would takes less than 10minutes from order to walk out the door. Usually would do 20%+ tip but I was so pissed for ordering ahead and stand there over 10minutes no one came out to greet me, I almost walk out the door.

This place is gross ... my side of our booth was ripped, my husbands side of the booth had nasty stains all over the back side of it. Our server was hard to track down and had a bad attitude. She brought us the wrong food and said, "no, his is what you asked for," when we pointed out the mistake. The food (with the exception of the wings) was GROSS! Why anyone chooses to eat here is beyond me.

The food is delicious, but the wait time on pick up orders are horrible. Thats the only reason they get a 3. I place an order at 11, and they give me a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. Food didnt come out until 11:50 for the fourth time. Leaving me to only 10 minutes left to get back to my destination without eating lunch. Only was Ill eat here again I have to personally be on my own time
