I truly only believed that BWW could have a name around wings and continue to screw up the wings. I was wrong, WingStop is now another wing restaurant that cannot do wings. You first walk in and are greeted with a nice burning oil smell, once you wait 10 minutes for your food to cook (+1 on being fresh, I guess) you will bight into chicken that has visible oil coming from it, boneless or original. The original are large and tender, but I think the tenderness is masked from the lubricant oil. The boneless are over breaded, hard and filled with, you guessed it, oil! I do appreciate WingStops free refills, you will need them for your yearly recommend dose of sodium thanks to the over salted fries. The sauces are good, I recommend staying away from the dry rubs, they tent to be salty.

I was very impressed with the atmosphere, the food, and most of all, the service. Ive visited other locations close to closing time/ late at night, and either the service or the food are decent at best. The man who took my order was very patient, and thorough. He asked important questions to make sure that my meal, and visit, were both worth while. There were 3 different occasions I had to go up to the front counter to ask for something, it wasnt anything they forgot, I would either request a condiment, or extra sauce. But when I asked for a box, and then asked if I enjoyed the meal. He didnt ask in a passing, non caring way, but genuinely, which is what I appreciate. Would defiantly reccomend to people who like being thorough, and made to order food!

The concept works and the food is not the worst. The staff working here in the evenings I would say are some of the worst. There is no consideration for customers and when mistakes are made on orders there is no sense of it being an issue even though it will require you waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to make your food. How hard is it when you have 4 menu items and just need to read the printed receipt for what was ordered. The quality is suspect these days with the shrinking wing. This place must order their wings from the same place as BW3 as they appear to be from malnourished and chickens the size of ants. Once a monthly customer will head somewhere else instead.

We walk in on an 80 degree nice day and its 60 degrees inside. Ridiculously cold inside. It took 20 minutes to get our food. The staff all appeared to be stoned out of there mind. They bring out our wings first and he says Ill be right back with your fries. 8 minutes later our fries arrive. Then my wife bites into the first wing, its all bloody. We complain to the manager that these wings arent done and he says "no no, there done man". Then without missing a beat he says "I can bring out 5 free wings" Because trading 10 undercooked wings for 5 possibly cooked wings makes sense. Wont be heading back.

This Wingstop has great boneless and bone in wings especially the Louisiana rub and the fries are always fresh and amazing! A clean restaurant too with tvs playing all current sports games which I enjoy tremendously. Dan and Morgan were the staff when I was there last and their customer service was great! Will be coming back next week for sure!

Stopped in this location today and could not believe how good the wings were! Met the manager Joe and he was AWESOME!! I like that I could see back into the kitchen and it was spotless. Its been a long time since Ive seen a restaurant look that clean. I will be coming back for sure!

Terrible experience didnt get my order right and Ill never go back to this place again I know that I dont advise people to go and eat there or get it to go terrible place yah it cheep but not good experience

Its a little pricey, and you have a wait a bit for your food, but its prepared only after you order and tastes great. Fries are oversize portions. I recommend the Louisiana Dry Rub option. SO YUMMY! :)

Love the wings, way better than BWW. They also load you up on some fries, be prepared to wait about 15 minutes for your food to be cooked fresh to order. Little pricey but its quality food.
