Ordered one of the box specials on a Monday night. The big one with 2 med pizza, wings, breadsticks....so when ordering online never got an option for dipping sauces for the wings....they charged me extra for dipping sauce and only brought me the one lonely sauce that they charged me for separately.....that kind of irked me, but Im not one to complain about petty issues when the rest is fine....but then I get inside and was given no marinara for the breadsticks. Though the order clearly claimed I would receive these things with my order....still, not gonna flip out over sauce, mistakes happen. so I called and informed them...they imediately told me "no problem. We will send him back out when he returns".....long story short.....they were never heard from again...driver never returned....I was never given as much as a coutesy call informing me that they werent coming....tried calling back 2 hours later...no answer. Guess I wont be returning... Forgetting little stuff is not such a big deal. Charging me 50 cents for something that was supposed to free...still its whatever. But to dismiss me completely as your customer, lie to me saying you would return, and neglecting the phone....Im done with this spot. Loving these dry breadsticks....haha

So... place a delivery order online. Wait an hour, call 9 times before someone answers.... "Our Delivery driver is elderly so it is going to take him a while." So I show up to pick up my pizza, line out the door of angry people. I wait for 30 minutes, meanwhile, the "elderly" delivery driver comes back to grab more deliveries while a large, short haired, short, woman walks around screaming about how slow he is, messing up everything in front of everyone. I reprimanded her in front of everyone. How RUDE!! They were moving slower than he was. It is not his fault they are understaffed. FINALLY, my order that had been ready the whole time I was there is given to me. It is WRONG. However, the woman was so rude the delivery man that I specifically asked Summer, the manager, who was doing absolutely nothing the entire time, to give my $4 tip specifically to him. Get home to find out they charged us for 2 orders. Our order being one and being the wrong one. They wont pick up the phone what so ever and finally the next day when they did, a woman who said she was the manager said she couldnt help me because she wasnt there..... never going to Pizza Hut again.

Put in my order at 8:35pm on a tuesday night. I was on the phone with my mother and they called so I called them back after I got off the phone. It took 10 times for them to answer the phone. Several times I was put on hold and then hung up on. My order was scheduled to be delivered by 9:05pm. When I finally got a hold of them after the 10th call, the young woman on the phone says they called me 5-6 times (I only got one call) and said that they cancelled my order which was almost $50. I asked them why and they said they dont deliver past 9pm. My order was put in half an hour before 9pm so it should have already been delivered. I will never order from these people again. They never answer the phones and they are extremely rude. I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to order from the next Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza with EXTRA sauce. Pizza arrived with NO sauce.... Called to notify them that I was unhappy with my order. They confirmed the pizza type/toppings and said they would remake the pizza and have it delivered. I made the original order at 7:20pm. Pizza arrived at 8:00pm. Called them immediately (8:05) and they were supposed to deliver my corrected pizza. At 9:00pm I was wondering where my pizza was. Called them back to confirm, they said its on its way. Well, its 9:41 and no pizza. Mind you I have been waiting for food now for over 2 hours. I have a bad feeling that my corrected pizza will never come. I usually dont get fussy over little things. If it had been a vegetable I would have let it slide, but who forgets to put the sauce on a pizza?

I ordered pizza on Friday recieved text that pizza was out for delivery. After 45 minutes I called store they stated driver just left. They explained it was taken out of queue and put in hot bag waiting on available driver and the bag would keep it fresh for 1 hour. I recieved pizza 2 later cold. They did refund me and remade the order. I contacted Corp these reviews should be looked at and handled there are too many of the same type of complaints.

This is the last straw with this location. I will never order here again. Pizza hut website should state.. after ordering and receiving a confirmation # , you should call and make sure your order has been received and is in process. I stopped ordering here for a while until my daughter told me to get over the last incident...no more! I shall not patronize them again.. service is subpar, pizza is always late, and not hot.

Only giving one star because you have to. Order carry out or from a different location. Pizza arrived 45 min after estimated delivery time of 50 min. No one picked up the phone, after almost 2 hours I started to order dominos and the door bell rang. Food wasnt fresh of course and I didnt get one of my items. Pointless to call though right? They suck.

Im really being generous giving this place 1 star!! I ordered a pizza online which was supposed to be delivered by 7:05 pm, it is now 7:44 pm and still no pizza. Ive called PH, and have been transferred to several different lines and put on hold for over 10 minutes.... Thanks PH, my daughter was looking forward to her pizza...

Drove 20-30 minutes specifically for stuffed crust pizza. Made the online order for a large, stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. NO STUFFED CRUST & NO EXTRA PEPPERONI. So annoying. Definitely not coming back, Ill just go to Dominos next time. Thanks for waisting my time and money, Pizza Hut.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too. Every time I have ordered always wait over an hour and get cold food. Dominos must be very happy to have this horrible place to compete with.
