They advertise a large 2 topping pizza for $7.99...we ordered 2 online. When the delivery guy got here he handed me the ticket..I signed it and gave him a tip and then he hands me 1 pizza!!! Charged me $14.83(?) I called them and the guy basically said "too bad, so sad, not my problem". Be very careful ordering and paying online! I usually call and order or go in and order and its ok....but after this experience-- I will NEVER spend my money at this Pizza hut or any Pizza Hut again! Someone making a mistake is perfectly understandable, however, someone purposely cheating you and being rude to boot? UNEXCEPTABLE!

Last time time they didnt put cheese on our sticks as ordered. This time (we always ask for light sauce) no sauce hardly any, maybe a drop. Parts of the crust were hard.Hardly any meat,when my husband picked it up here asked where is the meat, they just kinda laughed. Ive called to complain,asked for manager( I dont think it was a manager and if it was very poor customer service) said ok I will talk to them . That was it. Wont get any of our business. I love the one in St. Peters but it is to far from where we live, so I guess no more Pizza Hut unless we are down that way.

My son about choked on a piece of plastic found inside his piece of pizza. Disgusting. My wife called the rude inexperienced child of a manager and he could have cared less. We will be contacting corporate and will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. This is not the first bad experience we had at this Lake St. Louis location on Highway N

Yeah. so called to order a pizza, girl on the phone decided we were undeliverable despite A) we ordered pizza there numerous times for delivery and B) we live two miles away from said location ... so yeah, Piza Hut lost business from us tonight and every night from here on out as far as I am concerned.

I ordered a personal pan pizza online said it would be ready at 7:00 it took 15 minutes longer. When I finally got it didnt have any of the toppings I ordered. Never again will I go to this location

Got carryout with a great price of 10 for pretzel crust large cheese pizza and waffle fries. Fries seem like they could of been good if not for being cold

Undercooked pizza everytime I go there. Even asked for things to be given an extra couple of minutes and still the cheese and the toppings slide right off.
