So ghetto. For starters the woman at the counter who appeared to be the only adult present on staff had tattoos all over her hands when I handed her my money. Ugh! Hang on it gets worse. After handling several of the customers money she returns to the food area and begins handling peoples food! I dont think she even looked at a sink to wash her hands. After seeing that Im glad my wife waited in the car. The store seemed waayy under staffed for such a busy night. There were maybe three people working when I got there to WAIT for my order because I was foolish enough to believe my order would be ready for me by the time I drove from my house and picked my wife up from work. I began to get really worried when the people ahead of me were receiving their orders with an explanation that they couldnt make the pizza they paid for because they ran out of whatever so "were giving you this" instead. I intended to ask for my money back if they didnt have my pizza the way I ordered it but i was one of the lucky ones BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! The pizza wasnt even worth the wait and anxiety. How does that place even stay open running like that?

Tried to order a pizza over the phone, out on hold for 20 mins. Finally get an answer, only to be asked whether it would be delivery or take out and put back on hold. Only they didnt put my wife on hold. They just set the phone on the counter and left it there for another 10. She could hear the phone ringing in the background, it was me, 4 times. They answered once and put me on hold as well.

Saw the bad reviews and took the risk on placing an order. Im glad I did. I ordered two pizzas and bone in wings last night. The food was great like normal pizza Hut pizza... and the staff was nice. Our guests even enjoyed the food I brought home as well. Looking around the food preparation area was clean and considering late in the day the floors was cleaner than I expected.

First of all, the commenter above, "Sheka Boo" needs to learn how to spell and about sentence structure, DAMN!!! Anyway, I havent even ordered or visited this Pizza Hut yet but If it is anything like the rest of the "restaurants" in Donaldsonville, then thanks, but no thanks. Not only should they all be shut down but so should this city too! That is all...

This is the most ghetto hood rat infested place in donaldsonville they diliver to bell rose but not to dville vlg 5 mins away and the stuff are so low classed and untrained they dont even no what they ja e there Owen self I have never seen so many fools in on setting this place should be closed or hire all new staff

Ordered at 8:41, told it would be ready at 8:55, didnt get it until 9:25. Then they gave my order to someone else and messed up o e of the crusts. But as for the custom order I made, they got that right. They need more professionalism and should follow health standards better.
