The overall quality and quantity of the sub is not worth the value that is charged. I had gotten the Philly sub (combo 7) and I not pleased. The size of the sub is not the largest which is okay but the amount of food to bread ratio was poor. The steak I had was dry although the mushrooms and green bell peppers were cooked perfectly. The after taste that I appreciated the most was the bread as it was the right texture. It makes sense why there are so many condiment options... they want you to add flavor because there isnt enough to begin with. The staff and environment was very welcoming which helps but does not make up for the slack in quality control. This was my first time going to firehouse and I will not go back for a sub-par sandwich when I can get the same quality and quantity several dollars less.

Excellent experience. Ive been eating at Subway sandwiches for my entire sandwich-eating life, and after having just tried Firehouse Subs, I can honestly say I will never return to subway. I ordered a custom sandwich with honey ham, bacon, provolone, and mayo. Simple, as I always tended to have my sandwiches at Subway, but delicious. The atmosphere is great, with the Firehouse/Firefighter theme evident all over the store. The employees are polite and fast to prepare your order. Oh, also, the self-service soda machine is the fancy new Coca Cola kind, allowing you to select specific flavors such as Cherry-Vanilla. A nice touch. The restauraunt feels very modern compared to Subway, and the food is significantly tastier and more filling. Excellent store, I highly recommend this specific location.

I went there today on April 1st 2017 the workers were rude the lady Jackie had very poor customer service I heard her refer to a customer as the fat black lady and it just turned my stomach from ever eating there again and the guy she was talking to was no better he just laughed I called to tell them what I heard and I constantly got hung up on I do not advise anyone to go to the cooperate location in baton rouge LA they have no respect for human beings.Im really thinking about filing a civil suit against them for the racist remark and Im not the only person that heard it either we were all in shock

Terrible customer service from cashier who appeared to be the supervisor on duty 12/17/16 at 10:45. Waited patiently while she was on the phone instead of taking orders for a number of minutes. Everyone in the place could see I was there with 2 toddlers and the rest of the staff was clearly uncomfortable seeing how long I waited. When she finally did start taking my order I got halfway thru and she just answered the phone again as if I wasnt even there. I was so startled by how rude she was that I grabbed my kids and walked out.

My first Firehouse Subs experience was last week in Baton Rouge and it was superb! I was very impressed with their cleanliness and the decor was adorable. Everyone was friendly, accomodating & neatly dressed. The service was quick and the food was excellent. I had a New Yorker and the meat was so tender and juicy - perfect temperture. I will definately be going back and will spread the word. Thanks!

This place is similar to subway, but so much more. They have a menu of sandwiches, which I always order from, but Im sure you can customize it how you want it. Their hot sandwiches are hot; not just something thrown into the microwave, so that is a huge plus for me. Ive only ever ordered the meatball sub and the smokehouse sub, but they are both phenomenal.

Went to the Firehouse Subs on Corporate Blvd in Baton Rouge. First off, the manager on duty was extremely rude and treated us as if we were stupid when placing our order. We ordered 2 pulled pork Kings Hawaiin sandwiches and were served a mushy, hot ham sandwich that looked as if it were chewed up and spit back out. Definitely wont be going back.

I love my "local" location. I drive about 15 minutes to get there and pass up numerous Subways. Im so much of a regular, that when I walk in, instead of saying "welcome to Firehouse", the crew says, "hey, Mr. Derek". The food is generously given and the service is awesome. Well worth the 15 minutes drive and passing up numerous Subways!

I am so happy that there is a fire house closer to me! Mind you Im in Eunice, but when I drive through I always stop! Last time I had a friend with me who never had never been, and as expected she loved it! Im a firehouse freak and this place was great. Thank you for running a great business! I loved it. Fresh and hot and low calories. This will be my new sub sandwich spot. Service was fast. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I visited during the lunch hour and usually most businesses do not have speedy service during this time but this place was an exception. Will return.

This place is by far the best chain sandwich shop. Ingredients are fresh and hot! This is where Quiznos was trying to be at. Everything is hot! They also have a selection of hot sauces to add to your sub just to have that extra kick!

We need more locations! Great subs little pricey for what it is but you can taste the difference. They slice the meat fresh daily, this makes it juicy and full of flavor!
