Worst place to eat. Waited 45 minutes and they didnt even have our order started and there was one 3 tables with people in the dinner area. Never have been cleaned it seems like. They whole pace was dirty. The staff was just hanging out up front making jokes not helping anyone. Never eat take out or think about eating here its dirty and nasty. So we left went to a different restaurant that was packed we got the last table available and got our food in 15 minutes. Next time we will just go to the brick over clean place nice people and you get fresh good pizza in a timely manner

It pretty sad when you can sell someone a pasta product and the fork and napkins not come with it. Especially when i asked for them.They are not available to me as I travel for work. When I called to get them all I got was apologies and refusal to bring them. Its sad when I have to say goodbye pizza hut, hello papa johns...

2nd time pizza overcooked, minimum ingredients, bland, and I ordered extra topping. But manager was very understanding and gave us credit. They need a better cook, it used to be wonderful. But now I can get a better frozen pizza at Hays.

Very disappointed with the delivery order I placed today. Pasta was stuck to the top of the box & poured out on the sides. They forgot the extra marinara I paid for & driver was very rude even after I gave him a decent tip!

Terrible customer service. I order from walnut ridge pizza hut every week and Im done, they have screwed up my order the past 2 or 3 times. Im taking my business to pizza den. Goodbye pizza hut until something changes.
