I visited here on Sunday..July 29th 2017 with a group of ladies. Our experience was less than enjoyable. We ordered..and waited..and waited. Finally when they started to bring the food..it was all mixed up. Half the table was served after they figured who had what. The other half was partially served..meaning they got some of their order..two ladies didnt get their food til the other half was finished eating. Mind you that some other guests were being served while we sit and waited for our food. One lady in our group left..only after they bought her eggs and bacon..pancakes never made it to the table. What started out as a great day..turned sour. Very dissatified....will not go back...

Would tell you how the food was, or our server but we didnt get either. We walked in on a hot summer day and right away we noticed they didnt have the air running. The place was pretty empty, we were seated, looked at the menu and decided what we wanted to drink and eat, and after waiting several minutes with no one even taking a look at us, we decided to get up and leave, again no one even batted an eye. I would say bad service but we literally got no service.

Initially we went to the Waffle House because it was closest to our hotel. But after 20 minutes without a greeting much less and attempt to take even our drink order we left and found the IHOP. Having been a while since eating at one, we were pleased to get a warm friendly greeting. Then saw the menu offered some new flavors. Food and Service was excellent. Just what we needed after a long day and the disappointment of the Waffle House experience.

This location is by far the best and cleanest breakfast diner I been in. The staff is always very friendly, always seem to get along as family and the teamwork is great. The food is fresh and hot. My family and I visit this location for most events after church, football games and birthday parties. We love the birthday song and free icecream sunday. We love the staff and the IHOP in Covington.

The guy at the front desk did not ask me if I wanted a table or a booth, which I normally like to sit in a booth. I feel like I should have had a choice as it was not that full when I come in. The waitress did not come back to ask me if I needed something else and when I tried to talk to her 2 times she just walked away from me. Totally disappointed in my visit with you this time.

The little girl Kat was so attentive and bubbly, we were waited on right away. The $5.00 burgers on Monday were the bomb thanks to the waitress who recommended it. I shall return and hopefully Kat will be there to wait on me again. They were understaffed two people running the whole place and yet everything was done in a timely manner.

Standard IHOP food but service was very slow and pretty sure we were overcharged. Did not receive the usual sauces and never saw a waiter after receiving food to ask for missing items. We never saw the itemized receipt because we were tired of waiting for the check with our 2 kids and went to the register to pay and get out of there.

The food was OK except for my chicken sandwich which was slimy. All I did was bring it to the servers attention. The manager then came and I showed her. She then just said "not a good piece of chicken huh?" No apology and received my full ticket in reward for finding the slimy piece of chicken.

I think the servers are on drugs or something...especially at night! Service is horrible! One time,they actually brought all the adults their food, including pancakes and did not bring out the kids pancakes for 20 minutes. Of course we gave the kids our pancakes, but that is ridiculous!

Katelynn from night crew gives phenomenal service. Katelynn works very well with kids. The food was the best it been, shout-out to the cook for making Mickey Mouse heads for the kids, they enjoyed it all. Nicole is a great manager. The new night crew is exactly what this IHOP needed.

Ugh. Havent been to IHOP in forever, but this one was unpleasent. The waitress tiffany may not have thought she had an attitude but she did. Then when we got out food, it was wrong, she took it and never came back. We left in the middle of it. Horrible service by Tiffany.

It really depends on what time you go here as far as the service you receive. I find that going between 10am and noon is the sweet spot for full staff and good service. The food is regularly good though and overall a good ihop to visit.

Got sick when i ate the food made me throw up. The server named Sarah B. got an attitude bc I asked for my change. I will never come here every again. They poisoned my food I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

A great place for groups and family. Their breakfast can not be beat and their lunch options are fairly decent. At this location the staff is very attentive and the restraunt is very clean. It can get busy, and it draws a crowd.

Been to many I-Hops but this was by far the best. Very friendly staff and the cook (Preston) is great!!! He needs to train all I-Hop cooks. He is that good. Kudos Preston. You deserve a raise.
