Pull up to the speaker, wait, wait some more. Finally say something, no response. Pull my car up (thinking maybe it was the sensor) no greeting, wait some more. This continues for about 10 minutes (I was on the phone or I probably would have pulled up to the window sooner). Multiple people turned around and left behind me. I explain my experience at the window while placing my order, she calls the manager to the window. Explain again, he says oh it must not have picked you up. lol I was like yeah well is there maybe anything you can do for the inconvenience giving the example maybe 2 soft tacos extra on my $10 order. He says "nope we cant do that for you"

As I pulled up to the window I noticed a guy standing there, complaining that his order was incorrect..i shouldve went somewhere else but I continued with my purchase. There was also a female employee playing in another employees hair while Im purchasing my food. After getting home I see that my order is incorrect and I know i repeated my order a few times. I tried to call twice but someone picked up the phone and hung it up. Very unprofessional. I live near this taco bell and usually never go there because of incident similar to this from a previous time.

I ordered a Naked Chicken Chalupa Big Box. Lord is it good. But when I got home, there was no chicken chalupa in the box. So I went all the way back and they gave me a chalupa, but then they refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. In essence, I had to return to only receive what I initially paid for. They acted annoyed that I even came back. The person behind me was also loudly complaining of poor service.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the area. They always seem to be out of something (chicken, desserts, manners, etc.) I dont expect too much from fast food workers but the workers here seem to not care at all. Food is usually wrong and they dont really care about fixing it. I recommend driving a little farther to another one because its worth it to avoid the hassle of dealing with this one.

No stars because I waited 40 minutes to get to the window. Get it together, Taco Bell. Time to hire some people with brains. It would have probably taken longer but three other people pulled off in front of me. Also trapped because of the curb in drive through so everyone was stuck. Two tacos, 40 minutes? I dont think so. Not my money!!

Food is hot and better than other taco bells Ive visited. Portions are not comparable to costs. Refried beans are delicious, but request then on the side are served without. Otherwise your meal will be overloaded with beans and very little, and I do mean very little meat.

Its Taco Bell so of course its good. Have been to this location more times than I can count and only had a problem 1 time with them forgetting to put a burrito in my bag. They can get very busy during peak and they get backed up but expected

I love Taco Bell, but this branch is wretched. You can be the most polite person in the world, and theyll still disrespect you. Ask for Fire Sauce, and they grab a mystery handful and throw it in your bag. They need new management.

Good when they get your order right and make the food with the right about of ingredients. But most of the time they skimp on the steak or other "premium " items. Save this place for the late night munches.

Food is mostly hot and fresh, which takes a little longer, but thats ok. The only thing I dont like about this restaurant is the drive thru. Whoever designed it should have gone back to the drawing board.
