Its very convenient how every single time I come here during the hours of darkness, the shake machine and/or the entire register system is down...yet during the day, never had an issue. Also strange how since Montez in 2014, i havent had a single order correct at night. Even tonight, missing a drink and no curly fries in my munchie meal...really wish I could say this was the first time. Go to jack in the box, however, avoid this one at all cost. Its the worst fast food establishment i have ever been too. Bring back Montez and/or fire the current lazy worthless staff and ill bump rating. Only gave it a one star because zero isnt an option. Worst staff imaginable.

Usually this is a regular fastfood place, bit when i went around midnight (this place is 24/7) they had nothing to order. No tacos no sourdough bread not even cheese. So options were meat and some condiments. Would of left but got stuck in line and waited 20 mins to find this out. I am sure this was a one off night, but if your open all the time how could you let this happen? I know the workers were getting blamed and gettimg insults thrown at them, but management is clearly the one to blame. Will be avoiding this place like my ex-girlfriend....unless Im really really really desperate.

We just went to your store & the manager, a young African American woman, who was rude so we confronted her & she refused to give her name told us to get our of her drive through then called the police & said we were making threats. She then called us fags. Im not sure if she guessed we are a gay couple because of how we speak or just to try to insult is because we are men. However, that is discriminaton. I have never felt so attacked by someone in the service industry. Do not go here.

If I cud give zero stars I wud we ordered 4 times from them n they messed up the order every time. We cant eat pork so no bacon husband n I asked for no bacon on our sandwitches n first of all we got bacon on both so we cudnt eat the dn thing n second they gave us half a slice of sourdough bread on each on the sandwhiches. N they werent even the right sandwhiches that we ordered. Threw out our meals each time never going there again n I wudnt suggest anyone going there either.

The staff was rude and highly distracted after I ordered and received something other than what I requested they laughed and told me it was what they gave me because my order wasnt available until 9 (20 minutes later). Completely not what I ordered not what I wanted? What kind of business just decides what youll get without informing the customer and they laughed never offering to replace or make it right.

Awful place, terrible customer service. The supervisor cussed at us, called us "fags" and told us to get our "gay asses" out of her drive thru. We asked her name because of her terrible attitude, she refused to give it and we told her we werent leaving the drive thru until she gives us her name. She then called the police and said we were making threats.

Horrible, I waited ten minutes waiting to order at the drive thru. She told me at first to hold on a minute, 5 minutes later I asked her if everything was alright. She repeated hold on sir Ill be with you in a minute, another 5 minutes passed without a peep. I just pulled away. Very disappointing experience. Not even really worth 1 star

Man this place was bomb. I got some fresh ass tacos and the employees were extremely respectful and kind. This place was really good and id come back everyday if i could. I recommend this place to all my friends, family, and anyone who is just hungry for some bomb ass food.

I came here at 1am and got bacon cheddar potato wedges, the wedges were hard, chewy, rubbery. Do not come here late at night/early morning before sunrise. The overnight staff will reheat left over items from earlier...
