I was just here a few days ago and I must say it was a terrible experience. They needed to make some fresh rice for our meals and we didnt mind waiting. After we waited for the rice to be finished they gave us our food and it had ice crystals hanging off of it. We told them about it and they threw our food in the microwave... it literally took 10 minutes just for them to microwave our food. While we were waiting for our food to warm up the workers just kept staring at me and made me feel super uncomfortable... my friend I had with me said the same thing. I would of gotten my money back but my friend didnt want me to cause a scene. The workers never apologized for the long delay or ice crystals.

order breakfast food. employee Randy at 5:11am 9/20/2016, He was just awesome and hes the type of employee that could save this company. Ive been to all the Jack in the boxes around and this was the best food ever. it was hot, fresh, and just done right. He was friendly, curious and on top of things with a smile. As far as Im concerned this is the only jack in the box in the whole area that even needs to be open. He should be a manager for sure.

I just dont understand how the crew here can consistently get orders wrong. Today I ordered 2 meals (#15 and #21) and had to repeat my order 3 times at the order screen. I waited at the window for over 5 minutes only to be told to pull around and they would bring my meals out to me. Another 7 minutes goes by and they bring all my food but my drinks. Guess who had to go back in and get the drinks.

Absolutely the worst Jack In The Box Ive ever had the displeasure of regretting. If they added anything edible with the gallon of grease they slop at you it might warrant some kind of praise. Unfortunately the sense of entitlement and demand for much more compensation than is necessary or deserved drives the utter laziness of these "people".

Walked in. The stench of the sewer was so horrible you could get e.coli from breathing the air. It was so bad I got a headache in seconds and started to gag. Had to leave.
