Crystal was such an amazing worker to order and pick up food from. It was late and they were cleaning the kitchen but she still worked hard and let me know what items I could get off the menu. I got fresh food just how I wanted it and just hands down the best service I have ever gotten from a fast food service ever! This employee needs recognized for her hard work and dedication.

This location always seems to be out of something everytime I visit... How does taco Bell run out of beef? Its happened with chicken and steak too, today it was the naked chicken chalapu...This location also closes 2 hours earlier than neighboring locations...Drive the extra few miles to Fairview Heights location

Its taco bell so you get here what you get at any. The difference is this one is much different and smaller, inside than any I have been in. Almost all the seating is around the walls and I have never seen restrooms outside the main area. It was good and its very clean. No complaints. Its just different.

Lousy! Ridiculously slow! Girl at register looked clueless. Hell, the employees dont even know what they have. Asked for the breakfast picante sauce and they said they didnt have any. Then my wife told him she got it last week. He looked and then said oh, you mean this.

Every time I go to this location Im waiting at least 20 minutes in the drive through. Tonight I was in the same spot for 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable for a fast food drive through. Get it together. 29 minutes and Im still waiting in line. This is so pathetic.

They ok. I just prefer going through the drive thru. Taco Bell rarley gets my orders wrong. I think it all depends on what type of day they are having and what day you go visit them to pick up or drive thru.

I went to this Taco Bell and I ordered a cravings deal. It took at least 20 minutes and the drinks had way too much flavor, the food wasnt even that good. My burrito didnt even have meato in it.

I have had some pretty bad experiences here they have great food but horrible customer service just make sure you have at least 20 minutes and check your order every time and you will be ok
