The worst experience Ive ever had eating out. There was a dead fly in my chocolate milk, and our waitress was nowhere to be found. The manager was walking around checking on customers, and came by our table to ask how everything was. I told her about my milk, and she said "oh would u like another one?" And, appalled, I said "yes please". She brings me another glass and I say, "thank you" and she replied "youre very welcome" and walked away. No apology, not any kind of reaction whatsoever to there being a dead bug in my drink. Have never returned since. This was a few years ago.

0 stars we have been here 45 mins and still no food plus there are only 5 tables here which were all here before we got here food in the window just sitting as a woman who was a waitress for 13 years this is the worst service Ive ever had..... Im a firm believer in tipping 20 plus % but not for service like this.... Im utterly disgusted at this point oh and the whole time Im writing this review I have our server who is a male sitting with 2 ladies having a conversation as food sits in the window hes to busy flirting with these ladies

The team at IHOP Wood River Rock. They went out of their way to my our visit the best. They shared our laughter when it came to ensuring that my Dad got his Steak and Shake Happy Hour malt not a shake. Thank you IHOP team and you new breakfast menu is awesome!

The service is amazing every time I go, but the last 6 times in a row the same chef cant cook to save his life, I keep coming back for the great service and in hopes he is not working, but its a shame I cant give this place a 5 because of a single employee.

Great food, good service, terrible check splitting. We have been here four consecutive Sundays and three checks have never been split correctly and easily. Weve even offered to order on separate checks. Such a shame because our group really enjoys it.

Its been about 16 years since I steped foot in that place. Had three bad experiences, hair in food 2 x and Cold food 1 x. They didnt try to do anything about it . And I dont plan on going back .
