The food was great and the chef was awesome, shout out to Alan! But the waiter and the management were terrible the waiter only came to take out order and get our drinks then left. We had empty cups the whole time the cooks was chef was our cooking our food we didnt get refills till our food was finished and even then half our party still had empty cups. And. Not once did she come to ask if everything was okay and if we need anything. When we went to talk to the manager he said we were busy and jus shook his head. We charger gratitude and had poor service. I recommend no one good to this place as far as the chef he can get a job at better Japanese grill place.

Drove from texarkana to eat lunch here called on the way down to make sure that they would be open for lunch I was told "yes we are open for lunch till 2:00" I walked in the door at 1:40 and was told sorry we are closed I told the hostess that I called and was told they didnt close till 2:00 she said "are kitchen closes at 1:30" I told her that I drove a long way to eat lunch there and called on my way and was told 2:00 she rolled her eyes at me and said sarcastically "well sorry" I told her that is ridiculous and that we have ate here for several years and quite often she blew her breath at me and laughed I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

Special birthday celebration!! We called Kobes at the last minute to accommodate a party of 16 adults. They advised there wasnt any problem getting everyone seated in the same area. There were several in our party from out of town. We were immediately seated upon arrival. The service wasnt slow even with our large party. Our 2 chefs were entertaining and the food was DELICIOUS!! Weve always had great food and service during our past visits. Thank you Kobes for making my birthday MEMORABLE!!

Food was very tasty, the chef was kind, the server was good, but they were obviously understaffed. Restaurant is dirty and they charged us extra for fried rice even though the staff never asked. The chef just cooked it and served it. I dont blame the staff, more the management. It seemed like a trick. Ive been to a ton of these places and this was expensive and average, overall. Dont bother- way too many great places to eat in the Shreveport area.

Horrible....The place smells bad and the staff are the rudest I have ever dealt with. We had a table of 11 and the waitress started screaming at one of them because she asked to return her sushi sue to it having shrimp peels in it then started screaming because another person in our group took a picture of the group. I have never been treated this bad.

The food was great, but a little overpriced. They charge extra for fried rice with the hibachi, and no place Ive ever been to has done that before. Some places even give you rice AND noodles included in the price. It was a very nice place, but Ill likely be dining Hana, Tokyo, or Shougun before dining here again.

Excellent, quality food (the best fried rice you will ever have, would recommend the steak or teriyaki chicken). Fun yet sophisticated atmosphere, great for birthday dinners and other celebrations.

They dont do hibachi for lunch. My food didnt taste good. Now the other 2 people I was with enjoyed theirs, so Ill give them that and the sushi chef was really nice.
