Worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. First, the place is a filthy dump. My shoes were sticking to the carpet. I should have just walked out but instead decided to chance it. My mistake and I would pay for it. The only thing I was doing was picking up a to-go order. The owner, a miserable lady tending bar, tried to overcharge me. After, I gave her a crazy look, she did some calculations and gave me my new total. It was $10 less than my first quote. My question is how does the owner not know the prices. She excused her actions by telling me she was busy. That is a terrible excuse for overcharging your customers. My order was supposed to include extra fried rice but none was included. I even checked my order at the bar. Whenever, I order extra fried rice it comes in a second container so I was concerned that I did not receive it. I was told it was included with my entree. I am going to have to call shenanigans. If I pay for something I expect to receive it. These people are trying to extract as much money as they can from as little food as possible. While at the bar I saw the smallest glass of wine being poured. Buyer beware! I will not be returning to Shogun. I felt completely ripped-off and the owner was indifferent.

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, our waiter tonight was so lewd and vulgar that I actually had to leave. I spoke with the owner and she had very little regard for the situation. Our table had two young ladies around 20 years old and one was pregnant. It was so obvious that he was making everyone uncomfortable, but he wouldnt stop his "locker room" talk. When I called in to speak to the owner, she made him apologize, but he instead told me that he was just doing what the kids at the table were doing - which was not true. They were sharing stories, but he took all their comments and made them into lewd, sexual remarks. I asked to speak to the owner again, he said she was busy and hung up. It was a birthday celebration that was ruined by poor taste, bad service and further bad leadership on the part of the owner. When I left I asked her to stop him from further ruining their evening, which didnt happen and she should have comped their meals for what they had to endure - she didnt even so much as give them a discount. Unbelievable! You arent the only fried rice in town..........

Went for POLA (animal rescue) fundraiser, my first time there. Fantastic experience! Great service ( I did carry out) at the counter, food was delicious, and next time I am bringing my husband and dining in! Loved the atmosphere and the set up, especially that Tiki Bar! Looking forward to having one of those scrumptious looking drinks on the menu, when my hubby is driving! Again, just a great overall experience. I hope POLA did well on their fundraiser, they picked a great place! Thanks!

Use to eat there so often years ago, loved it then. the one in shreveport is being renovated so we went to the one in Bossier city...food was still good, our food preparer was good but didnt say anything but hello. We felt rushed as we were brought the ticket really quick without anyone asking if wed like anything else....I let them know ahead of time and when we walked in it was our 25th anniversary and birthday...nothing special at all anymore.

I had the salmon sushi, spicy shrimp sushi, and the White Tiger Roll (from the special board), and they were no where close to being fresh! I travel with my job and eat sushi often and literally all over the world, and this was by far the worst I have ever had! The Edamame (appetizer) came out last with no apologise. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very worthy of a 5 star rating. Very fun experience, loved our chef. If I caught his name, Id mention (because he deserves mention). Overall, very good food 10/10, casual crowd. It is a bit pricey, but to be honest, I think its worth it. To conclude the review: Id definitely recommend to my family friends.. etc.
