Im not one to complain on a review, because I know everyone has a bad day at some point, BUT this buffalo wild wings in gonzales is terrible!!! First thing that happened was as soon as my girlfriend and myself walked in the door the hostess looked at us and rolled her eyes like we we a burden on her. Then we asked to be seated outside if possible, and she said "you are gonna have to wait 5 mins to see if we have tables out there".... ok cool. We wait like 10 mins and she comes back and says "I dont know if they have tables out there go look for yourself" so we did and they had at least 5 tables available so we sat ourselves. About 20 mins of sitting there our 1ST waitress comes takes our drink order and we ordered an appetizer. About 20 mins after that we got our beer (still no appetizer) and about 15 minutes after the beer came we got THE WRONG APPETIZER! meanwhile our beer was out, and I wasnt about to wait another 20 minutes for another one,so i got the 2ND waitress to cancel our appetizer and just charge us for our two beers. I was going to tell the manager what was going on, BUT they had 4 people in front of us giving him a ear full so we just left. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! $14 for two blue moon draft beers and horrible service.. rant over...

This location is new and Im only giving it a 1 since thats the lowest it can be rated. The staff lack customer service and attentiveness. Upon arrival I requested a booth instead of sitting at a table with bar seating, but was told "I think that section is closed" only for the next few customers to be seated there. The waiter gave more attention to the group across for us as they were his friends and rarely checked on us forgetting things we asked for. The food came out in a reasonable time but the quality of the food is subpar compared to other BWW locations Ive frequented. The traditional wings were over cooked and were barely dipped with the sauce. Needless to say they were dry and nailed to to bone. The one thing you cant mess up are wedges and they were over cooked and dry as well. Ive been to wonderful BW3s with great service and quality food, but this one most certainly lacks both unfortunately as this is one of my favorite restaurants.

June 23, 2017. 2pm-4pm If I could give this place a ZERO star, my husband and sons would. My husband shouldve known something was wrong when someone at the neighboring table, got their chips and salsa and told the waiter "oh, an hour and a half later your going to bring my chips?!" Took 15-20 mins per beer from order to table, wings took 1 hour. Got our wings with no ranch, no napkins, no empty boats for bones. Asked for all, 15 mins later, received only our ranch. Server found all of it hilarious. Well, I hope she enjoyed picking up chicken bones off of the table cause she never brought our boats and left a nice note on our receipt notifying her we wouldnt be back. Im sure she found that funny too...

If I could give it no stars I was but not only did I explain it to 1 waiter but 2 I wanted traditional bone in wings combo and my daughter orders wanted boneless chicken wing combo with a extra side of Mac and cheese. They bring me out half bone in and half boneless combo and they bring my daughter just mac and cheese. How the hell could yall screw that up. The look on the waiter face when I asked where is my daughters was over the top. I asked my 16 year old daughter did I not explain it good enough. She said o yes twice. So when they bring my daughters food out guess what yep half boneless half bone in combo . So yeah never ever comeing here again EVER!!!!

Three hostess standing at the door, serveral dirty tables, shouldnt they help clean tables? Server took forever, waited over 40 minutes for food, not to mention the FF cold and soggy, boneless chicken wings were all broken pieces, bottom of the bag garbage! If you could not get the order right the first time after 40 minutes, how can you remake it in less time. Do it right the first time!

Food is good, some wait staff are great. The hostess is very unpleasant and a few wait staff were very rude. The wait for the food was acceptable, no longer than 15 minutes for some wings, a salad, and a fried cheese sampler. The only problem with this place is the wishy washy wait staff, its hit or miss with them.

Despite some apparent staff problems in the kitchen on the day of our visit, we enjoyed our meal. Our server was attentive and friendly, the restaurant was clean and inviting and the food was great. A little patience might be in order, but well worth it.

This is THE WORST place for wings! Whether you order over the phone, place an order online or dine in at this location, they ALWAYS get it wrong. I would rather travel to Baton Rouge than eat from this establishment.

Terrible place to eat we had 6 people at our table, they got 4 out of 6 of the orders wrong. The drinks took 15 minutes alone. They were not slammed packed. I own two businesses and will tell you this place is a mess!

Straight up sucks! We had a waitress name Rachel and she was horrible! She got our order wrong about 6 times and when we asked her to fix it she acted like we were being a burden. The food was fair. Wont be back!!
