EMPLOYEE TRAINING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I frequently go to B-Dubs for BONELESS THURSDAY. I visited this location more than just couple of times with different friends, and I have been dissatisfied with many visits for several problems all cause by ignorant employees. (1) I did not order side menus, but then employee brought it up to me and said side menus come with the main dish today specially, and later one, it was charged on my receipt. I asked what happened, and she said "I didnt know, but you have to pay what you had." B-Dubs employee shifted the blame to whom ate the food, rather than herself who knew nothing about the policies. At the end, I had to pay and left. What can I do? (2) As I mentioned, I frequently go there for Boneless Thursday. Some employees do not aware of what Boneless Thursday is. Maybe they never tried this event and never been at the B-Dubs previously, but not knowing when they are working there is I think a big problem. (3) Drinks often not refilled. Many visits of mine had only a cup of drinks. Im not talking about the alcoholic beverages, which I believe cannot be refiled, right? I always order either one of soda or water, and only a couple of times refilled as right after the cup has been emptied out, but mostly DID NOT. (4) You can choose how many piece you would like to have on Boneless Thursday, if you are ordering boneless, with minimum of four pieces per sauce, if asking for multiple sauces. I often order 10 pieces, but they occasionally give out less pieces, and I complained once right after when I got it on my table, which was yesterday night. She smiled at me like she has nothing to do with this issue, and left. It was ridiculous. Im starting to think not to visit here as often as I used to, and if I am to visit here, I feel like I MUST TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE RECEIPT or ask for highly experienced employees. Im not talking about all the employees are ignorant, but many are, and DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED for extra trainings. If manager(s) of this particular location read this, PLEASE, DO SOMETHING!!

Me and my 5 other friends went here tonight and it was completely aweful. When we came in we where told to sit near the bar area and we waited 10 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. When the drinks made it to our table my friend asked the waitress for sugar packs for her unsweetened tea and she forgot all the way up until our food made it to the table. It took another 15 minutes after RECEIVING drinks to be asked what we wanted to eat. The whole time we were there the waitress was stoning around dropping menus and stuff because she was so mad for some reason. When the food actually made it to the table the waitress yelled and argued with another worker to give it to us because I guess she was too busy. Then (heres a good one) they forgot to bring the same friend that didnt get the sugar their food and none of us received forks to eat with so NONE of us could eat! We didnt say anything for about 10 minutes we were waiting to see if maybe they were still cooking her food and we were trying to be paitient about it. Eventually my friend stopped her from her running around and told her and she kinda freaked out and started appoligizing. Eventually everyone got our food and after THREE time of walking back everyone got forks to eat with. By that time everyone was out of something to drink so here we are finally with food and nothing to drink. We had to bother her again and hope we werent going to get a good attitude about it. This wasnt a good experience and I dont recommend going there. Its really not great. Id also like to throw in that after we finally got out of that place me and me friends were standing in the parking lot when a $99.00 charge showed up on his account after his $46.00 meal... We hadnt even left yet. So we will be looking into that also. I hope this helps.

My coworkers and I reserved seats for the fight way in advance so we could have somewhere to eat, drink and cheer. Not only could we not buy pitchers of beer, because the management was trying to maximize profits, but they throttled our drinks to 1drink an hour. Since we paid in advance the werent concerned about us leaving since they already had my 150 dollars. None of us were disrespectful to the waitress but she imbarrassed my friends by going to get the manager because my friends were too loud at a sporting venue. Plus I think they gave us virgin margaritas and charged us full price. My experience was terrible. The waitress took her job so serious that she stole our fun and we have no desire to return to your establishment. We didnt leave her any tip which unbeknownst to her were big tippers. She would not have gotten anything under150dollars between the six of us. We were not unruly or disrespectful and did not deserve to be treated that way. We wanted a waitress and instead we got a mom or a police officer. None of the other patrons complained about us so there was no reason for that kind of treatment. She not only stole our joy but our fight experience. Respectfully table126

Normally a great place to eat. Last time I want too happy. I bright friends out to eat that have social anxiety. One asked the waitress, "How many wings are in the small, med, and large?" He was cut off. Waited told him, You need to wait until Im done! She was still writing down the order from the other. Apparently burger is hard to write! Rude. He asked for lemon in his tea. 4 times throughout our meal. Eventually, I had to request a manager. We had their baby with us and he was also ready to go and tired of waiting for the waitress to show up and give us a bill. I asked the manager to pull up a chair. I calmly and quitly explained a the problems. My friends were already upset enough with the rudeness, bad service, and bring ignored in general. The manager quickly apologies. He has a waiter bring us a box and drinks to go. At least This time his had a lemon in it. Then he gave us half off. Thanks, but not good enough. As we are getting up to leave the waitress cones over to see if we need anything else! Really! ?! No observation that we were already done and not because of her! Now were back at square one with getting them to go in public to eat again. Thanks a lot.

Dont like the loud, echo-y atmosphere or the bar seats that have no backs. Who the hell opens a "family friendly SPORTS BAR" and doesnt have the necessities? Food takes a long time to receive. Lots of grumpy faced employees. Prices for boned-in or my pref, boneless wings are astronomical. I could just as easily buy the sauces and poultry at the grocery and save a ton. No beer specials under normal business hours. BWW in Alexandria will shut down when Walk Ons opens...Looking forward to the future!

Hate to say but the only reason this place has any business is because lack of competition. I eat here every few months only because of the ability to watch several games at once. Each time it seems to be getting worst and worst. Food was good except there was 3 miscues between waiter and cook. Im a nice enough person to not complain and let small things go so I didnt say anything. Also wings seem to lack enough sauce when theyre tossed. Would hate to see how service is during peak hours
