I just want to start of by saying I have worked in restaurants since I was 15 years old and currently STILL work in restaurant at the age of 20. I know all the ropes and tricks like the back of my hand when it comes to not wanting to deal with a customer. The first thing that someone sees in a restaurant is the hostess and thats pretty unfortunate for Buffalo Wild Wings because their hostesses were the rudest and most unhelpful people Ive ever met. They acted as if we were intruding a gossip session and we were an inconvenience to them. I only feel sorry for the management and the owners of that establishment because Shae, Jasmine, and Eric are on their clock and seems to get paid for doing basically doing nothing. When we walked in we were asked if we wanted to seat inside or outside. We said we didnt care where we sat. Eric, who I am assuming was a server and didnt want a table told us to go outside that it was open seating. They refused to hand us menus so I grabbed two and they decide to tell me after the fact that menus are already outside. As were leaving I ask for the hostesses names and they tell me. (Shae, Jasmine, and Marley) We walk out and Marley followed us out and stopped us to ask what we wanted their names for. We explained how we worked in restaurants and know the game. And Marley said that Shae and Jasmine were talking about it. Marley however was not at the hostess stand when we walked in and was actually polite. The customer service was appalling. Too bad I was not a shopper because the score would have been awful. I will never eat at this establishment again and apparently from all the other reviews Im not the only one that feels as if the customer service needs EXTREME working on. I would have given a 0 stars if it allowed me too.

This is yet another restaurant in the chain whos restrooms are disgusting. I dont get what is so hard about cleaning. Mens restroom was nasty. My server was Amber. She was sweet and pleasant. Her nails were clean and although shes a server running back and forth she smelled fresh! Constantly smiling and ensuring I had what I needed. She recommended the steak burger and that burger is great! Amber was very attentive and so polite. I told her about a song I had in my head and that I wanted to hear it. She went and played it for me. Awesome! I had a steak burger and some bone in wings. Both were great. However, the fries that came with were blah. Oh well I ate everything. The rest of the staff seemed just as friendly and polite as Amber. Because of this I will be back. Although the male servers all look like they need a groomer. If the ladies hair have to be pulled back then so should the guys. Thanks Amber!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Ive been multiple times and have had to ask for a waitress before. The last time my waitress dropped our food off and disappeared, she never came back told the manager David about it (who I was told was fired from another Buffalo about sexual harassing his employees and is known for racial discrimination) and he did nothing but joke with the waitress. This horrible experience turned ugly. And to top it all off the crooks of Buffalo added a nice tip to my card for the waitress after all of the ill treatment I received. We even had to get up and ask another waitress for our ticket!!! No one should eat there. The mojitos taste like cough syrup and the boneless wings are hard as rocks. Worst restaurant in Louisiana.

I was put on hold for several minutes, had to spell my name 6 times, and give the order 3-4 times. They were out of salad, which is what I originally wanted. I was given an ETA for To-Go pickup. Ended up being 30-40 minutes after that. The to-go system they have at the counter is a little disorganized. Food is haphazardly stacked on top of other bags of food, on a tiny metal rack as some secret ninja puts new food on it thru a tiny window without alerting the cashiers taking orders on the phone. So when your order is finished, no one actually knows it. There were bags and bags of food not yet picked up, and when I got home my order (the one that replaced the salad) was wrong. But hey, its BWW, watcha gonna do about it?

I think its a little pricey, but its still a decent bite to eat. My most recent visit was met really bad service, but that really doesnt happen too often. We sat for about ten minutes before a server greeted us. I was with friends, so it The wings are usually always on point, but Ive gotten a few appetizers here and there and theyre not that impressive. The fried pickles were good, but the chips and salsa/queso was not. I just think its another wingery and isnt really offering anything special. Good for a quick bite, but wont blow your socks off. Its a chain, so no surprises.

Upon arrival, the waitresses and hostess were cuddled in their corner talking amongst one another. Me and my daughter had to wait at the entrance for them to finish their gossiping before they came to guide us to our table. So this place lost one star for that. Once greeted, nothing but smiles and service was great. Never an empty glass, and our waitress was really sweet. The food was great as usual, with plenty of of tvs to watch. Your never left sitting with nothing to watch. If sports isnt your thing, then there is free WiFi to use as well.

While the service was good, they were out of the food my sister wanted. We arrived at 11:30 in the morning/afternoon and placed an order. After our drinks and the appetizer arrived, we were told that they were out of the black bean burger. My sister doesnt eat meat, it was her birthday, and she had been looking forward to the black bean burger for days. We paid for the appetizer and drinks and left. How could a chain restaurant run out of a menu item so soon after opening? At least the waitress was apologetic about it; no one else was.

Only because I have to give them at least one star because if I could give them a half of star just for my beverages that is what they would get. We waited for over 20 minutes for our waiter, watching him go to every table around us but us and when I talked to the manager Joey he could care less. When the waiter finally came he was tapping his foot and speaking very impatient with us, trying to put the blame on us.

Its a fine wing place, but often pretty dirty. The foods great! But like I said, not uncommon to step on a rogue fry on your way to your table. That being said, I see them cleaning all the time. So I think the stray potato strips can be attributed to the wild man-crowd that likes to frequent this place for the big game. Me most likely being one of the man beasts that fling fries.

Our server Shealy was awesome! She never let me or my buddy have an empty glass. Also we came to see US play Guatemala in a soccer match. With only a single tv playing that game we requested that they have another playing it aswell. Within moments they had a TV changed. The food wasnt bad at all. The price was a bit high but it was great for the atmosphere.
