We went to this establishment today on 06/21/2015, and we had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids. Where do I begin....? It took about 20 minutes to even get seated, then another 20 minutes once seated to get drink orders placed. Once food order was finally placed, it took over an hour to get our food, and the business was steady, NOT busy. We had to refill our own drinks (sodas) multiple times ourselves, and we ordered a BIG JACK DADDY burger, and once we got it, it was cold, YES, we could have replaced it immediately, but we did not want to wait another 20-40 minutes to have it replaced. We got our bill and it totaled $126.31, we had them comp several things which brought the total down to $91 and some change; because the service was that horrible. We spoke to the assistant manager, and she too was very rude and unprofessional, blaming us for the service. We took the party, which never been to BWW before tonight ever, and they said directly they will never return to this business for how the service was treated. We have realistic exceptions on what service needs to be, and those needs was NOT met at all. The manager, said to us directly because we have been there before and they have to comp, and there "good servers" do not want to wait on us, I said to her, what service, when it takes over a half an hour to get drinks there is a problem, and we have to refill our own drinks, and also food over an hour. That is a problem. We will be boycotting this business, and will be telling others about our experience. We have been there before, and yes one time we had GREAT service, and I personally tipped the server $50 on a $20 order, that is because the service was incredible. I have no problem rewarding for great service. I could run this business 100 times better, than its current ran. I have manager experience, hospitality experience and restaurant experience. I told the manager that, and she was like GOOD LUCK finding good quality servers in BRANSON. Her words quoted exactly. Service here, as majorly gone down hill since there grand opening. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE BRANSON LOCATION, EVER. If we want a sports bar atmosphere we will go to either TIME OUT, which is in Branson, or we will go to Crazy Craigs Cheeky Monkey, where we know the service that we require will be impeccable. On a separate incident Tina, and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings about 3 months ago on the Branson Landing, and ate dinner. The next day, we both been burping up smelly gas that smelled like rotten eggs. Tina went to urgent care, and they said, "Food Bourne Bacteria" We called Buffalo wild wings, just to let them know, NOT complain, and they sounded as we was full of crap, and said Health Department been though, and they passed. Mind you we have not eaten anything since last night; because we have NOT felt the greatest. We hope this was just an isolated incident. We never mentioned Health Department to them, so why bring it up? We may just bring a copy of urgent care to them, so they can see that we are not lying. I do not think this establishment knows how to run a proper business, and based on what I am reading on other reviews I would say my argument is correct. EVERYONE PLEASE GO TO TIME OUT OR THE CHEEKY MONKEY FOR BETTER SERVICE, NOT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst Dinner and drinks we ever had!! On Halloween we decided to stop and take a breather so we decided Buffalo Wild Wings would be perfect! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! The Hostess was unorganized so it took 7 minutes to seat us no one was ahead of us. There were 2 employees including a manager standing there. We sat and I asked for a booster seat for my 3 year old NEVER received it. But, they were gripping because we wanted to sit outside so that upset me so not a good start. So we sat there and our server came out and immediately started bitching about how he was mad that he was there and not trick or treating with his kids and how hes been there since 11 and has to close.... We dont care we just want to order drinks yah know. So my husband order a Bloody Hail Mary which out server said it was $4, I order a Dr.pepper, a water for my kid and my friend order a Jim beam double with coke. This was at 5:30pm during "happy hour" so we waited and wait and wait it took 34 minutes to get our drinks we had to ask for water to wait till our drinks were ready. We order a basket of fries at the same time no fries after 40 minutes out drinks finally arrived. He finally showed up and was like sorry I have a big top of girls that cant figure out what they want so idk... Not a response you give ur table. So I order a sampler platter and asked for dry wings and sauce on the side. So my husband asked for a beer and that never happened he got up and got it his self. At this point we were done so I asked to speak to a manager because our server was just not doing anything for us and the manager never came most places they get straight there and this didnt happen the bartender who was very helpful did more then the manger gave us our food on. The house and was very helpful. Im glad the food was free because it was cold and nasty. Fries were soggy and the pita bread was not even chip like. My bill was $17.70 which was ridiculous because they charged me $6 for the Bloody Mary that I was told was $4 and $7.50 for a double Jim beam and coke that wasnt even a double. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! This place is a joke management and staff!!! The time I was in there was October 31, 2015 duration time 1 hour and 59 minutes. Just to wait all but 20 of it!

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings food I’ve ever eaten. The food was terrible! I never have complained to the manager before but after eating at this establishment I had to. My 12 yr old son only ate two of his wings and that was because I forced him. He said something is wrong with them (he loves wings!). I tried one and couldn’t finish it. Tasted like re-heated frozen burnt crap with hot sauce. Fries were cold, the salad was wilted. My hamburger and tea were good. The manager was kind enough to come to my table but only to belittle us by saying that he ate half the wings so she was going to give us a discount. I thought 3 out of 12 wings isn’t half and this lady is trying to tell me that we need to suck it up. At this point I thought this lady didn’t come here to see what she could do and maybe give us another portion of wings. She said well you ate your hamburger and my wife ate here salad so the food must be good. Now I got upset. Hold on a second, what does my burger (and cold fries), and the wilted salad got to do with this nasty serving of wings??? A manager who is very condescending, who tried to force me to take a discount instead of removing the wings from my bill doesn’t deserve to work at one of our favorite wing restaurants in the world. I’m glad my local Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t have this lady as their boss or I would never eat there again! She removed it from my bill but only because I nearly caused a scene. I’m 44 yrs old (21 yrs in the military so I can handle bad food )and this is the first time I’ve ever rejected food at a resturant. We paid for the uneaten fries my son had as well. He couldn’t eat anything after those two wings since he lost his appetite. Terrible wings! Service was great. Never had a empty glass of tea. We at on 28July15@ approx 1700hrs.
