Worst customer service by a restaurant manager! Called to speak to the manager regarding a $50 gift card that I had purchased for my son. ,Unfortunately the card was mailed and never received, however, I did have the receipt from the purchase. Called to speak to the manager, Johanna, who rudely said to me, "what do you expect from me?" I couldnt believe that; #1. She is a manager. #2. That she works in the customer service industry. #3. That she works in the customer service industry, (oh did I mention that already?) There are several other business that will reissue a gift card if the previously purchased gift card was never used. This is something that they can easily find out through their lost and stolen gift card department at corporate office. Apparently, from the other posts, BWW in Duluth needs an overhaul. Doesnt take much to give good customer service. Good customer service is at the minimum, overall pleasantness and politeness from those who represent the frontlines of the company, hence, the manager. Shame on you BWW. Please hire more respectful and competent managers!!

Worst bdubs anyone can go to IT DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. Serves cold half finished food. Argues with customers about performance on the food. On multiple occasions ive tried giving this restraunt chances to redeem their performance,but it always fails. Served me boughs food . Ordered about almost 2 hours ahead of time so that i could get my food on my break from work.i arrive there to see just plain dry wings when i ordered 30 with 5 different flavors they straight legit told me "we didnt have time to go back and it . and then lied to get not only myself out the store but multiple customers with the same issue. I will never go here again . worst place i have ever been to. People spend their money here and you get messed over. Do not go to this buffalo wild wings.

TOO NOISY. Our waiter had to be bent down and in our faces to place an order and understand what we were saying. Then everyone is shouting at their tables to talk so its extra noisy. Unable to have a conversation at our table even. I see no reason why they need every TVs volume on?? why? Most people arent alone...they are with friends/family. They want to converse and watch the game. I think you should pick maybe a popular game and keep that on and put the rest on mute with closed captioning on. Generally scores and ability to see the game would be plenty. You can go to several other restaurants and not have that issue and yet still see a game and talk. Food was good but until they fix that atmosphere I will not be back. Not worth the headache after.

Friday December 16,2016; an old colleague and I decided to meet at the Duluth MN location to eat. We arrived shortly after 1600 hrs. We were seated in the bar section which was fine however we waited approximately ten minutes without the server coming to take our beverage order therefore we left. The last two experiences have not been quality experiences. The last time, which was the Thursday night the MN Viking lost to Dallas, I was there i was part of a party of six. Our server did not come around unless we requested another server send our server over so we could get our beverages refilled. I would not recommend Buffalo Wild Wings especially the Duluth MN location to anyone.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is huge. It has an open layout with a small dividing wall separating the main dining room from the bar. The layout makes the space inpersonal... which Im willing to overlook since there is plenty of seating. They also have a decent-sized outdoor seating space. With TVs on absolutely every wall, this is the best place Ive been in Duluth to catch a televised sporting event. Their selection of channels is impressive as well; last time I was there they had a Canadian Football League game on. They have a decent tap beer selection - somewhere around 12-15 beers. The food was as good as any Buffalo Wild Wings Ive had.

Spoke to their managers concerning a large event the company I work for held. We needed 300 wings for 60 people. Managers were very accommodating and professional, and the food was very good, however I was told they provide paper boats and napkins for large orders. The representative that picked our food up had to ask for napkins, and we received no paper boats for people to put their food in. Thankfully we had paper plates on hand. All in all three stars because the overall experience with food and management was good, but they forgot to provide some very key items for a large event. Make sure to double check for boats and napkins!

One of the worst experiences of my life. We were seated for 15 min nearly before someone acknowledged us to take out drink order. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and still had not received any drinks. Or cold was so thirsty she ran to the bathroom to get a drink of water! We flashed someone down for our drinks and finally were told they were forgotten. 5 minutes later we received them. The food was not great, tasted as if it had been sitting in the warmer for 15 min. The Honey BBQ our child got the same she always gets was way too spicy for her to eat. Needless to say, we wont be back anytime soon.

I have been a big fan of this place for a long time but this place sucks now. The server forgot our appetizer. We didnt get asked if we want a refill. I wanted some water at one point and wasnt able to get it. They didnt give us any silverware. We mentioned 2 times that they forgot our appetizer and they didnt do anything about it. And the place was empty. Like half of the restaurant was full. If they were super busy I might have understood some of this but they had no excuse for the service we got. Service sucked completely. Just save your money and go somewhere else

Bad service, Bad food, Annoying managers at my table.when i was trying to eat. Took a long time to get seated, Food was wrong and cold, looked like and tasted like crap. WAY TOO PRICEY for what they served. Bathroom was dirty, the sink was gross. The server seemed bound by a script. They refilled my soda after i didnt want anymore (I didnt get a beer because it was overpriced). I was trying to watch a game but the employees were plugging the jukebox with crappy music the whole time. Maybe this place flys in the Cities, but in Duluth its a DUD!

The service was terrible, after being seated, it took nearly 15 minutes to have someone come to our table to take our drink order. We recieved our food 30 minutes later and had still not received our drinks. After another 5 minutes of no drinks we had to flag someone down, 5 minutes later we had our drinks at last. The food was terrible, tasting like it had came out from being under a heat lamp for the evening. Very disappointed in our server Kelsy while we were at table 132/1, we will not be returning!

We were seated the waitress brought us our drinks then disappeared for 15 minutes it would of been nice to get some apps. But the food was good she never really came by to see how we were doing then for some reason the TV volume went all the way up to the point where we couldnt talk across the table without screaming at each other I asked if theyd turn it down and she said shed see what she could do the volume never went down we left shortly after that
