I placed and paid online for my order and was given a estimated delivery time of 40 minutes(10pm). It was a rainy Friday night. I waited a hour....no delivery. I called the restaurant a few minutes before 11pm and was informed my food was on the way and they have 70 minutes to complete deliveries. It had already past that the 70 minutes when I made the call to pizza hut. I was hungry and exhausted so I settled for White Castle. Now it was almost midnight and I went to bed. My doorbell rang at 1:10am it was my food minus the 2 liter I ordered. The delivery woman had the nerve to ask my daughter (she answered the door) if we wanted our food. I had ordered from this location in the past without any issues. I was most upset with the dismissive attitudes from these employees I encountered. I wont do business here anymore or recommend this location EVER!

Well let me start off by saying the female that answered the phone greeted me by saying Thank you for calling Papa Johns...I guess it couldve been an honest mistake...but then she just laughed and said hello...I told her I wanted to place a delivery. So I proceeded to ask her about the pizza specials and how many slices were on each. She told me she was not sure what I was asking and didnt understand...so I tried to ask her again and she laughed again. So I told her forget it and hung up....Im not sure what kind of restaurant this is but I will never order from there again! They lost my familys business...ironically I ended up ordering from Papa Johns

This place is absolutely ridiculous I called ahead of time and asked if they delivered to where I live or if there was another store that did, I gave him my address and he said that they do deliver here. So I placed my order and waited. At the hour mark of when I ordered my pizza someone called me and told me that they dont deliver to where I live!!!! Ive waited for an hour now and am starving and she told me there was nothing she can do. I have literally never been so pissed in my entire life. I hope this store gets shut down. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GETTING PIZZA FROM HERE, DONT!!!!

They usually have a bright, clean, and well-maintained lunch buffet that I have visited over the years; as well as encouraged co-workers or friends to visit. We loved their pasta, but after a few months the sauce portions thinned out. We usually stick to the Stuffed crust pizza, however, if you want extra sauce make sure to specify that there are no holes in the crust. For they might stretch it too thin.. In our top 3 selections of local pizzerias... along with Papa Johns and LaRosas.

Manager here is amazing. She made sure they got our order done super fast and even called me to tell me it was on the way after I left a note in my online order about my hangry toddler. They have literally saved my life from my infant overlord, who has been demanding tribute. And by demanding, I mean rolling around on the floor screaming, ignoring all attempts to calm/soothe, and possibly transforming into a gremlin. Bless the Pizza Hut.

We have always been a fan of Pizza Hut, we drove from florence to erlanger. The smell of the place when you walked in the door on the side by the bathrooms, smelled like urine, it put me off from enjoying the food. Quality of food was poor, tasted like frozen pizza with raw crust. would not go back again

I order pizzas from here for work. They always deliver awesome pizzas and my friends are always raving over how delicious the pizzas are. The desserts are pretty good too. Service is always awesome!

Never know what youll get, sometimes great, sometimes awful. Tried the hand tossed today...thick mushy airy dough with zero taste..threw it out. Ill stick with thin crust...when I order again..

Its a regular pizza hut. But not very convenient to get to and is usually blocked by other traffic not going there. Just have it delivered if you want it from this pizza hut.
