Went to get dinner Saturday night@ 6....maybe 4 tables ..no line....the young lady behind the counter said I will be right with you ..10 minutes I watched her cook and she never took my order...other employees standing around and NO ONE... Took my order..as they just ignored me...I told them that we came up to get something to eat NOT TO WATCH HER COOK!! WITH THAT BEING SAID I LEFT...STILL NO FOOD... I have managed many restaurants. This is the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW!!! I REALLY HOPE THE FRANCHISE SEES THIS POST!!WORST SHELBYVILLE BUSINESS!!

Went to this business last night. The temperature inside was 54 degrees. Two ladies in front of me were shivering. My husband said lets take it to go because it was too cold to eat there. The lady behind the counter said she would get fired if she adjusted the temperature. She stated it was 72, my phone showed me the current temperature was a freezing 54 degrees. We left and went to Bungalow Joes and had a delicious meal where the temperature was truly 72 degrees inside. What a joke, bad customer service. Will never go there again.

Skimpy sandwiches today... 10inc. Chicken Teriyaki Monthly special X 2.... $24.15... should not be able to see any bread. And its very dry, had to extra sauce just to choke it down . Very disappointed
