Ok so I had given this Waffle House a one star review last night due to unprofessional phone behavior(answering with hello and hanging up and some other things). We ended up going in for breakfast anyway to give it a try. While there a Mr Cooper really impressed me with his leadership ability and by expressing his care not only for the waffle houses interest but the customers as well. I had seen Mr. Cooper in the night before and again this morning. He has a genuine interest in providing great service to the Dothan community and its visitors. Understanding how hard it can be to find a team of truly committed employees with integrity(doing whats right when Mr cooper is gone) I wish Mr Cooper good luck and will surely stop by again when were in town. Worst service ever! They got all of our orders mixed up. My wifes order was totally wrong, she ordered no onions and no pickles on her chicken melt, they were on it and her bread was soggy. She asked if they could just put new bread on it and they sent it back with the bread burnt and onions. I had asked for sauteed onions on my hash browns and I got raw uncooked onions. They sent me a new order with burnt hash browns and onions. It might be different and better during the day, but this crews service was terrible.

Tony Reeves is the best cook waffle house has he is fast neat and clean the food be off the chain everytime he is cooking if he is there we know the food will be great and on the table in 10mins or less the serves as well are so friendly every time. Hands down the best waffle house in dothan Alabama . the black tony is the best lol

Hey, its a Waffle House. Having said that, the crew at this location has always done an excellent job whenever I have had the opportunity to dine with them. I am very pleased that Waffle House Now serves dark roast coffee for those people who like a strong cup.

They are savors, we rolled into town at almost 3am, and checked into the Laquinta. Since they are in the same parking lot it was easy to eat a bite before bed.
