Ive only been to Olive Garden a handful of times. The issue with my most recent visit is we did call-ahead seating and were told there would be a 20-25 minute wait. We arrived and it turned into another 20-25 minute wait from the point we got there. We waited for a table for 45 minutes inside the restaurant. Essentially the call-ahead meant nothing, and the hostess(es) did not keep us informed on when we would be due up. The food was excellent and our server was great, but did not appreciate the lack of communication prior to seating AND the incorrect guessing on how long the seating would actually take for just two people.

Exceptional service from the start! We were seated and served by three separate employees in different ways... The first explaining where the restroom was (the first that ever happened) and who our waitress was, the second immediately brought us drinks after we ordered them, the third was our actual waitress. Nobody skipped a beat! The food was also excellent! I always love the unlimited soup and salad.

Good, just not great. Definitely not what they used to be. Going to Olive Garden used to be a treat worth treating. Anymore, you seem to spend more for less. And the pasta, while good, often seems dry, and under-sauced. Their lasagna portions seem small. I might go back. But Ill most likely try out other Italian eateries first, even if it means spending more money.

No music. No vibe. Food is poor to average. Kids are playing on gaming tablets and cell phones and we can hear every single blip and bloop loud and clear. Tons of details missing on the food. Everything incredibly bland. We had a gift card which is why we came. This further verified what we already believed. Olive Garden is a lousy chain.

Well arrived at 7:45 and was told 25 minutes to 30 minutes, well 1 hour later was seated. As why so long was told that is standard procedure, only 2 people in group, staff was not very helpful. The employees in front were mote worried about their phones and chrcking text messages. Waiter was New and not very helpful either.

Good food, great service, great location. The wait here at high traffic times can get pretty insane, but outside of that there is nothing to complain about from this location. Additionally several of the servers are hilarious. Most are good, but there are a couple who really make an evening by their antics alone.

I used to love their food. I always order the chicken and shrimp carbonara, it was horrible. Told server and she didnt take it off our ticket, I barely ate any, ridiculous. 20$ dish and she didnt do anything. NEVER GOING BACK.

Service sucked, we waited 20 minutes for our check. They might have checked on us twice, we werent offered refills on drinks. They werent even busy. There were staff standing around on their phones as we were leaving.

Not only is the food and environment of this place amazing, but so is the service. Twice out of the many times weve been here, and the manager has helped us with very minor inconveniences, but in great ways.

Our waiter was Chris and he didid an excellent job. He is one the best we have had there. Maybe the best. Food was very good. Excellent service. This was at the Summit location in Louisville, KY.

Excellent waiter. Excellent salad. Thats it. Ravioli was rubbery. Spaghetti had a tablespoon of sauce on it. The Alfredo sauce was pasty and grainy. Never again. Fazolis is better

Generic chain food. Our service was good. I found my portobello ravioli to be so-so and another person had the spaghetti with meatballs, but didnt bother taking home her leftovers.
