Pizza was stale. Service was sucky. Hair in the BBQ pizza. Cups are broken and nasty. They didnt have enough money in register to give me back my correct change. If it was possible I would not rate it with any stars and I would have it shut down because it is disgusting and workers there dont work they listen to music with there headphones and waste time. Went back to get my money back because me and my fiance left at first and the little manager was trying to get Smart with me over 16 dollars so if you ever want you money back make sure you talk to the "BIG" guy about it haha.

Ate here last night and it was terrible. First, the manager calked the ONLY moving employee to come pick up a piece of crust off the floor. Poor bus boy was the only one working. The employees look trashy with the way they dress and just standing around doing nothing! One girl had her shirt tied in a knot behind her back instead of actualky tucking it in and when she bent over you could see about 3 inches of her skin. The pizza was not hot like it should have been and last but not least there was a bug crawling across our table as we was eating.

I went to CiCis in Dothan for my birthday and one of the guys that worked there could tell me and my friends where kind of crushing on him so he sand happy birthday to me. I will definatly be going back. Customer service was wonderful! He was a very wonderful person. Yall need more workers like him. Although i do not know his last name, his first name is Justin and this was on February 15. Tell him to keep up the good aditude :)

Food tasted as if they used crisco cheese. My brother described it as tasting like rubbing alcohol. They used cheap old cheese. With an average of $7 per person with a drink youd think quality would improve with length of time theyve been in business at this location. ATTN: Cicis management; Stop worrying about food costs and worry about keeping customers. If you have TVs, use them! Theyre not just for decoration.

Yuck!!! The lettuce in the salad was brown and there were little flying bugs crawling on the buffet with salad and dressings. Also a fly was in there. I told one of the employees and she said ok but never corrected the situation. Will not be returning. Gross! Also as the dude was cleaning off pizza buffet, a slice dropped off pan onto buffet. He proceeded to pick it up and put it on his tray. Yuck!

Crisco cheese! Whatever it was it tasted better than it looked like it should. In fact it tasted pretty darn good (imho) The young lady who was doing the bulk of the greeting was cheerful and appeared more genuine that you would think. Sorta like the food tasting better? The salad bar was ok. I ate some to ease my guilt of pigging out on that surprisingly tasty

The cashier would not keep her hands out of the salad bar area, I swear right after you put the tongs down, she had to put her bare hand all over the bar constantly, it had just opened so it wasnt that busy, but my point is let me make my damn salad without you hovering lmao, and the food was decent. Nothing special.

Really great place to eat at. Employees and manager are friendly. Except they need to put the napkins back on the tables atleast. Condiments is one thing but having to get napkins from buffett can get frustrating. Ive never seen any restaurant take napkins off the tables.

This place was horrible. I love cicis but this was terrible. They didnt have enough people working..the tables were filthy.. ice all over the floor.. clean bowls that still had ranch dressing in them and literally...there was poop on the floor!!! Gross gross gross.

Normally, I love Cicis pizzas, but this one had lousy customer service. I asked for a special order pizza and was told the management wouldnt allow it, although the other ones always did without hesitation. The man clearing our table (busboy) was very personable.

So we come from opp to eat here. Never have I been disappointed but today was a mess. Girls cooking were rude. Run out of pizzas. The only person who was nice was the young lady who was running register. Sunday 10/02 time was 130 pm

This place is horrible. The entire place smelled like funk as soon as we walked in the door. Couldnt even smell the pizza over the odor. The pizza was alright, but not the best by any means. Will not be going back to this place.

Good pizza, salad bar has nice selection, didnt know I could have cheese or ham until someone offered it. Thats a plus. Enjoy the cinnamon rolls every time we come. The atmosphere is okay.. the bathrooms could be cleaner.

For the price, you cant beat the buffet of pizza, pasta and salad. Usually a lot of kids unless you go late but they do offer military discount and its also a good place for groups.
