Very unpleasant experience with the catering people. Called hours ahead of time for catering order to pick up at a certain time. When I got there the catering guy snipped at me to go to end of line to wait even though he was standing at the catering register doing nothing. He was very rude and I was late to my lunch appt. Will never use this location again.

LOVE this place. While Im definitely not a health food nut, this is the only fast food restaurant that I go to. Each Chick-fil-A has a little of its own personality, this one is no exception and Ive been to game nights here and was even at a "Frozen" night with some friends little kids. Highly recommend, and this is definitely my favorite store.

would be 5 stars if someone would/could lubricate the door to the kitchen... nothing worse than trying to enjoy some amazing chicken while the door makes the "nails on chalkboard" screech 100x every 5 minutes as its used non stop. can i drop you guys off some grease? WD40? something/anything?

All Chick-fil-As get it better than any other fast food offering regarding food taste and service friendliness. Having said that, nothing at this restaurant stands out from their other Chick-fil-A brethren. Drive in line layout is particularly a problem at high traffic times.

Poor. Waited 10 minutes for a 2 minute wait on sausage. Ordered a sausage, cheese muffin only. Had to go on to get my order, no one brought it out. No one apologized. Then when I got to work it was a sausahe, cheese and egg bagel. I thought Chick Fil-A was better.

Great music, friendly service and awesome food. Breakfast is the best, but the waffle-fries and icedream are great reasons to come any time. They also have some of the best chicken in the metro area. Great playland for the kids! My family love Chick-fil-a!

I love the chicken sandwiches here. The drive thru can take a while even though they have 2 lanes but the staff is always friendly so I can live with that. The biggest problem is the location. It can be a mess trying to get in and out of the parking lot.

Fantastic crew in Newport Kentucky! But now imagine a world where Chick-fil-A rules all other fast food chains because they had gluten free buns... non GMO potatoes! People like myself would drive miles to get a sandwich because it had a gluten-free bun!

The kids and I love chick-fil-a!! This location is very accommodating when it comes to the kids fruit likes and dislikes in their fruit cups. This is especially helpful when we come for breakfast because kids choices at breakfast time is VERY limited.

Closest Chic-fil-A to Cincinnati so Ive frequented here. Across the board, CFA has some of the nicest and considerate staff Ive ever had the pleasure of being served by. Always smiling and polite. This location is quick and clean.

Usually fast service, and havent experienced any order screw-ups. Good if youre looking for a chicken sandwich thats a slight step above Wendys. Raising Canes is my personal favorite, but Chik-fil-a comes in a close second.

The world of take out food usually includes bored service workers. Not at Chick-fil-A. Im always lifted by the smiles and sunshiny attitudes of the workers here. Love the food and easy access to the freeway.

Been to many chick filas in the past and this one sticks out as the most unpleasant. They staff were not very friendly, they forgot about our food and we waited an untimley amount to get refills.
